I originally placed an online order for a ring. My fiancé picked it up, but the ring was not the size it was supposed to be. I was so sad! We went back and even though it was RIGHT BEFORE they were supposed to close, both sales reps were extremely understanding and super helpful! I was able to exchange for a different ring in store that fit perfectly! I wish I could remember both of their names, but they were so personable and professional and easy to work with! We’ll be coming back for my fiancé’s ring!

I was super intimidated walking into a store like this because I normally buy my jewelry online, but Christy was incredibly helpful, genuinely nice, and inviting. She made me feel as if I was one in a million. I can tell she loves her job, and I hope to god she makes commission, because I am definitely going back to this store to see her every time I want something sparkly and beautiful. She helped me find the ring I was looking at online as if there weren’t thousands of other beautiful pieces in store, she just knew exactly where it was. She even helped me find someone to size it for me in a crunch— wedding is next week, and this guy can get it done ANYDAY before then. I am super excited for my beautiful band. Like I said I will be returning next time for any of my needs w/o hesitation. Thank you Christy, keeps shining that beautiful light of yours all over the place, we appreciate it.

I can not say enough about how Misty and the staff here went far above and beyond assisting me with my purchases recently. Not only did Misty help to pick out the perfect gift for my daughter’s 18th birthday. She even shipped it for me which was very unexpected. Misty took care of everything, I can not thank her and her staff enough. The Diamond room experience was just icing on the cake. Nothing is better than feeling like your time and business are appreciated. Thank you Misty for taking your time and sharing with me so many options to choose from. Amazing personal service.
