Called Ken Read (which is who’s on the maintenance card) to report our broken toilet which flooded while we were away and he was super rude and said my story “didn’t sound right” as if i’m lying about my broken toilet.i’ve only had to call maintenance 2 times in my time being here and he was rude both times.

After living here for 2 years, I have had the absolute best experience and would highly recommend to anyone moving to Kirksville. Sherri has always went out of her way to help me out, and they always would get back to any emails or calls right away if something was needed! 11/10 would recommend!
