Great place to deliver to. From the sweet Lady on the phone to the guys who unloaded me! Wish everywhere I went the people were like these fine people!

That he had no reason to believe his people were lying.
I told him I could Prove it because there are Video and Audio recordings of the entire pickup from the cameras on my house and Barn. So I know its a lie about trying to start the machine.
At which time he Backed up and said “he assumed his driver would try and start the machine. ”
So at this point I was really agitated and told him That he had just Lied to me and I was recording this conversation and I wanted to talk to his Supervisor.
He told me that was fine his supervisor’s would never go against his decision and I could call anyone I wanted to. I asked for his supervisor’s name and he said he didn’t have to give it to me and hung up.
I then Called Baldwin city and the Manager there gave me the area Managers number,
I would like a call from Adam Myers and I want an in person meeting so all sides can be heard at once without variations of the truth being told. I have already escalated this to John Deere Corporate office.

Never Had a big problem until now, They know they are our only option for John Deere in this area and have lost interest in doing quality work and taking care of a 25 year customer. You can read the story below and I will voluntarily take a lie detector test to prove I am the one being truthful.
I have been a Loyal Customer for more than 25 years with over 250k in purchases and Have never filed a complaint even when I took a machine in for an annual service and it didn’t get greased.
I went to Heritage tractor on 7/22/23 and asked for service for a 35G excavator.
I told them that I had issue with not starting after I discovered var it chews.
They said they would pick the machine up on Monday, They picked up the machine and I assisted because the machine would not start I had to pick up the front of the Machine to allow the driver to get his chains under it.
I then used my bigger machine to spin the machine on the back of the truck because the boom was hanging off and the kid driving didn’t know he could have used his winch on on side to spin it.
They took the machine to the Adrian store. On the 27th of July I got a call saying the machine was done.
I called back to they store and asked the Technician Mark what had to be replaced, Fully expecting it to just be the wiring Harness.
At this time he told me they had tried to jump start it and that the starter was bad.
He then said once they got it in the shop the boom was in the way and they had to take pins out. To move it and jack up the cab. And then replace or repair wires.
I asked for an explanation on the Starter because I had Started the Machine and drove it from my lower fields to the front of my shop. The tech said he didn’t have any explanation other than it (the Starter) was in the cab and I could Check it out.
I asked how much was the charge and he said around $1800.00 but wasn’t sure after the office got his notes.
I then got a call from the office saying they would send it back to me, I said no I would Pick it up. She said they would cut the delivery charge in half and send it back on Friday.
It never showed up and I never got a total bill.
Saturday July 29th I waited until 10 am and then I took a trailer to Adrian to pick up the machine.
At which time I spoke to Dusty’s assistant and explained to him my concerns that the starter had been damaged at Heritage. He said he would get back to me and still didn’t have the bill.
Monday July 31st, My Farm plan gets hit with a $2200.00 bill still with no explanation.
I never got a call about any extra work/estimate either, Your phone records and mine prove that.
I then Call Dusty, I again go through the process of explaining my concern that this was an error or his techs part. He got Mark on the Phone. Mark said he didn’t damage it. And Dusty basically said he had to take his word for it.
I asked to speak to the Manager, Dale wasn’t in and they apparently forwarded my information to him and he called me back from Clinton and said he would look into it.
He called me back this morning and Stated that they didn’t think that it was the shop’s fault and that the Starter was not functioning prior to it getting to Heritage.
I asked how he knew that, and he said because “when the driver picked up the machine he tried to start it at my property and again when he got it to the shop in Adrian.
I informed Dale that his statement was incorrect. That I was there when the driver showed up and he never tried to start it. That if wasn’t for me using my machine he wouldn’t have got it on the truck.
The Dale said “if I thought that he was or his mechanics were being dishonest that there was no reason for me to Continue doing business with them.
That he had no reason to believe his people were lying.
I told him I could Prove it because there are Video and Audio recordings of the entire pickup from the cameras on my house and Barn. So I know its a lie about trying to start the machine.
