What a horrible show, I went through Priceline for a rental car for St. Louis Airport, between Priceline and Hertz, neither one wanted to take responsibility for this mistake/mishap for giving me a Hertz location 30 miles away from the STL Airport.so be careful renting a car from either.very disappointed.

They need to either quit working with third-party people or make sure that there is a better way for somebody who has been booked to get a car that was not at the airport that they don’t have to drive an Uber or another service and spend over $100 each way more than likely out of the way using our time and everything else to pick up a vehicle. Absolutely horrible. I will never use Hertz again.

I've had a great experience dealing with the staff at this location. I was having issues getting a ride to the body shop and they were able to help me.

Attempted to rent a car here, I called 3 hours ahead to confirm my car I reserved was available and I wasted precious time on location to find out they didn’t have the car available. The girl working was very snotty, I will never use this location again. Terrible!

The lady was really disrespectful, showed no respect, and kept complaining that she was the only one working over there. She ended up not assisting us. I would not suggest this place and would prefer to visit another where the personnel is more helpful.

We had a Tulsa reserved for our vacation for MONTHS.they failed to tell us we had to have a credit card a debit card won't work. They didn't even hold.a tesla for us so no tesla and no rental for our family vacation. Their communication is terrible and service is lame. DONT RENT FORM HURTZ

Had to make a last minute reservation via priceline while on the road. Showed up and they were closed. Showed up in morning the young lady was totally rude said i no long have a reservation since the pick up was five pm but they closed at five pm. There are so many signs detrimental to the customer its ridiculous I tried to call hertz they said call price line. Called Priceline they transferred to hertz. I am disputing the charge on my credit card. Will not use Priceline or hertz again. They definitely dont treat their gold members well at all in any situation.

There is always drama here. 30 minutes late due to construction on highway 55 and was charged for an hour. Won't be back as this isn't my first run in but figured since it was new management my experience would be different. NOT

I reserved a Tesla 3, a week in advance, and 20 minutes before my reservation time they called to tell me the Tesla is not available but I could get a Chevy Spark as a replacement…. Like that is comparable. Girl on the phone was so unprofessional and rude when we were asking what else they had or if another location could assist. Legitimately acted as they couldn’t care less that they just ruined my girlfriends birthday weekend. Kept telling me to check the website like that was an accurate representation of the inventory when clearly that is not the case. How this company stays in business with incompetent, lazy people working for them like this is beyond me but I will never give them another dime of my money. Ruined the whole weekend Hertz.

I usually don’t write reviews but I couldn’t let this slide. I will never do business with this place again. They rent out damaged cars and make you pay for the repairs. We took pictures right along with the agent and did a video. We pointed out everything that was we noticed because she was being slick from the start. Every photo had the date and time taken. We still was charged for all the damages that was already there. Never rent from them. BAD BUSINESS! They used us to repair a vehicle that was previously damaged.

Fast and painless! My experience renting a vehicle from Hertz Green Park HLE was positive in every way. The employees were friendly and helpful. Will use this location in the future.

The seats were clean upon pick up, but the center counsel, main cup holders, door cupholder, floors were not. We told the lady working and she offered to clean but said there wasn't another SUV to swap. Also the fuel gauge was less than half way full! If it weren't for being on a time crunch we would have just returned it there between the lack of readiness, but since it was only a third tank filled with gas we figured we were running behind as it was and would just clean it when we filled up. VERY disappointed for having to clean and refuel the vehicle I paid to have ready for a 1030 pick up yet even an hour lady was in no shape to be rented out to customers.

This place is a joke. Tried to hit me with a $300 charge for "ashes and dog hair. " Requested a manager since there was no animals or smoking in the vehicle. Placed on hold for 18 minutes only to have her come back and say the manager wasn't available then hang up on me. For starters the car had a maintenance light on when I picked it up, it was filthy and I paid to have it cleaned before and after I left. Secondly after telling me that I was welcome to come examine the car, it was already moved when we got there and all that the little girl had was pictures of dirt on the floor. I had corporate on the phone at the time and neither woman would speak to nor identify themselves to the corporate office. The charges were ultimately removed by corporate and the woman said "this is why we don't do business with people like you. " Totally unacceptable behavior but those two woman are like peas in a pod. Both very snotty and very much self involved. Reporting both of them as soon as I can find out their names!
