Heyday Music & Dance, Ozark MO

Hard to sum up how awesome Heyday is! My son knew very little about guitar prior to beginning lessons at Heyday 2 months ago. He has learned so much over the last 2 months. We love to hear him play different tunes and identify all the different cords he’s learning. The instructor, Nate has such a positive presence. Truly a gift from God his ability to connect with kids, help them feel confident, excited to learn and engaged. Oh, another bonus the lobby area is super comfy as you wait as your child practices in the studio and communication is wonderful via online to pay for classes and see upcoming schedules. Can’t recommend enough! If you’re debating music or dance lessons this is the place to go!

Our 4 and 8 year old daughters absolutely LOVE their weekly piano lessons. Nate could not be a better and more positive teacher. I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience at Heyday! If you’re considering it, just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

We are blown away with Heyday! Our 9 year old son loves practice. He’s grown confident and we find him practicing on his own without being prompted because of Heyday instilling a greater passion!

Heyday’s teaching style lends itself to kids feeling confident, excited, and eager to play songs! The studio is a family friendly environment and their prices are competitive, often lower, than others in our area. Truly did not expect my kids to be able to play music so quickly. We love Heyday!

Our boys love taking lessons at Heyday! They are excited to go each week and feel encouraged and confident when they leave. They love learning songs right off the bat so they feel they can already make music as beginners. One of our kids has social anxiety, but Nate has made him feel comfortable and confident, and he can’t wait to go to his lessons. We highly recommend Heyday to everyone we know!

Our kids love Mr. Nate and always look forward to music lessons! We particularly like that they get to try out multiple instruments instead of having to pick just one. Nate makes sure music is fun; he doesn’t require that they practice a certain amount each week so our younger kids can simply enjoy learning. Even without a rigid practice schedule, they are beginning to grasp music theory and are growing in confidence. We love HeyDay!

This is a great place to help our kiddos to be out of the routine and experience learning musical skills. Nate is a great teacher and he will go beyond what the class is meant to be. He will provide options to make our kiddos happy trying to find what fits better on them to see them happier and inspired. I completely recommend Heyday. Also their building and recording studios are beautiful and new. Highly recommended.
