Great shop. They do machine repair but also have fabric, notions and classes for adults and youth. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Shame on you Karen for erasing true negative reviews about your attitude leaving scammers in your Facebook group and kicking out the good ones!
I will make sure that the local quilters know how you treat your members in the group that don't feel safe anymore because you don't care at all if they get scammed by sellers!

I finally did it! I finally stopped at the store and I love it. I live over an hour away and have wanted to stop by here for quite some time. We do not have stores like this in my area, so it was definitely and great connection. The sales rep I spoke with was most helpful and friendly; she showed me around, showed me patterns, told me about classes and answered my questions. I look forward to getting to know her and to taking some future classes. Thank you for a terrific first experience, surely not to be my last.

I have been a customer of heyde sewing for over 10 years. Every machine I have bought has come from them. I have always been beyond pleased with their service. The ladies at the front are the sweetest ever always smiling and ready to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend heyde sewing.

Took my machine into the shop for embroidery repair. It was there a month. Called me to say it was fixed. I picked it up. It WAS NOT REPAIRED!
Took it back! It has been there 6 MONTHS! They said the feed dogs weren’t working—-I didn’t take it in for that! That part was working fine!
NO COMMUNICATION from them!
I’ve called and visited several times! Nope still waiting on the part! This week I went in again, technician admitted he’d forgotten about it. Part was in he said he’d call me by the end of the week!
Well, I got an email that it was ready! An email—not even the curtesy to call me after 6 months!
I purchased this machine from them several years ago but I will never go back!
When I pickup my machine will be the LAST time I walk into that store! The owner is arrogant.
This is no way to run a business! They big but there are much nicer people to deal with other places! BOO to Hejde!
