Was pretty dang good for a burger joint. A little pricier than expected, but in line for what it ended up being. Place was SLAMMED packed due to a local event in town. Was worth the wait.

Man, hi pointe got hit with an insane amount of people when I was there, it was INSANE. I'm just giving them props for not losing their mind and going off on people.and yes the food is so good too

Clean, fun setting but the food was only so-so. The staff were courteous and attentive. The double cheeseburger was fine but only comes with one slice of cheese, the fries are the standard frozen food service type, and the cheese sauce comes from a can. My orange shake was mostly liquid and didn't have much orange taste. Overall, it seemed like I could have had similar fare at a bowling alley or concession stand.

Pretty expensive for average food. $18.36 for a cowboy burger, fries and a drink? Really? Don’t come here if you only have 30 mins for lunch!

First time ever being in St. Louis and kept hearing about this burger spot. I decided to give it a try and it was the best decision in my life lol. I went to the location downtown and got 2 burgers and some fries (to go) to be shared. It was so good we found a different location and was making our way there in 5 minutes to sit inside and order 2 shakes strawberry shortcake and Oreo jungle and the presentation was amazing. Also ordered 2 fries cause the one fries from earlier obviously wasn’t enough.lol. Definitely a fav spot and added to my list of must places to visit while here

My first time visiting the burgers were absolutely fabulous I'm at the owner and he was super nice and the staff is wonderful

The food is always good. The randomness of the daily menu is fantastic and has enough randomness that you can try something different every time you eat. It's very good on so many levels I have to give this a 5* review. Excellent food everytime.

I'm being generous giving them 3 stars. I wasn't very impressed with the food at their Cottleville location. I recently gave them another chance at their stand at the Enterprise Center and the burger was even worse. The service was quick, sure, because the burger sat under the heat lamp drying up. I choked it down because I was starving and I didn't want to waste $18.

I love ordering from my desk and walking in to pickup. All the choices are delicious, but I LOVE the Greens & Grains salad. Thank you guys for always serving delicious food in STL.

Went during the metallica concert, and the line was wrapping the building, and the service was still going quickly, and the food was great.

This place is awesome! I ordered the impossible burger with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and Swiss cheese on multiple trips. I gotta say that it was the finest impossible burger I’ve ever had! I tried the regular fries, Mac and cheese, and sweet potato tots. They’re all good, but the regular fries are some of the best I’ve had. The staff at the Washington Avenue location in St Louis are very friendly and helpful to customers.

Walked in and greeted with a warm atmosphere and a happy worker. Got some food to go and I was in and out in 2 minutes. Love Hi pointe

I love you guy's burgers and fries! They are absolutely fantastic! I only have one minor complaint I went to the one in Washington downtown to get my pick up order and before I left grabbed some mustard and noticed the cheese sauce for my fries wasn't in the but the awesome fella grabbed me some right away. I didn't realize till I got too my office and finished my food that my cookie wasn't in the bag either. Not a problem though! I'm stuffed and really don't need a cookie lol, I had claimed rewards points and it was free but not a big deal what so ever. The burgers and fries are always phenomenal and that's what's important!

Loved the burgers! This was during a Metallica weekend and the line was out the door and around the building but despite that the staff did a great job keeping things moving.
