7The manager is extremely rude, the employees and manager do nothing but stand behind the counter! Worst customer service ever. I'm honestly surprised that this business is still open! I will never go back! The owner needs new management, let me know if you want your business ran right!
HORRENDOUS customer service from Leslie in particular (manager). Constant runaround from them every time we walk in the store. The other reviews about being watched like a hawk, etc.are SPOT. ON. Leslie invited us to drive to Mtn. Home instead of ever returning here again. Thanks, Leslie. I believe we will. So much for spending local.
This is our GO TO sporting goods store. Basketball, football, gear, sneakers and walking shoes. If they don't have it.it will be there within a week.
While the store is kind of small, I have always been able to find what I need (or some sort of variation of it).
The employees here have always been really helpful and friendly every time I come in here as well. It's a good go to store for sports needs!
Service is always poor at this location. I needed to exchange a shirt w/receipt, and was given a run around because the manager was in an interview and no one else that could take care of this. This store is poorly ran by management. I do not buy here unless it is an absolute necessity and we can't get it online.
The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding what my daughter needed.
