7Had no issues. When u earn rewards why do u give only a month to redeem? Used to get emails as what u had earned and much longer time to redeem. That is not fair to the customer. I had to ask to find this out.
I love hibbett sports, MO has this store in tip top shape, his staff is friendly and it's always a good vibe when your in this store!
Absolutely horrible! Purchased a pair of New Balance 990’s in store (Columbia MO). The shoes were a birthday gift for my girlfriend. The size I purchased was incorrect. Returned shoes to the Columbia MO mall location and the sales associate stumbled around for at least an hour trying to figure out how to process a return and get me the correct size. He located the correct size at the Hibbets location in Rogers AR. He asked me for my address at least 3 times and still got it WRONG. We have still not received the shoes or a credit and it has been over a month with countless phone calls made to both stores and customer service. I had always been a huge Hibbets supporter until now. Absolutely inexcusable customer service! Zero stars if that was an option!
Immediately when I walked in, they asked if I need any help or assistance. I said no thank you, just looking and they left me to my shopping. After finding a shoe I liked, the lady helped me get the right size, and assisted to any of my needs. Happy to have shopped with you guys! Thank you!
My shopping experience at Hibbetts is always great. On Sunday Gabe helped me and he did an amazing job and there was another tall black gentleman that helped me didn’t get his name but they all were great.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful, made my shopping experience easier.
This store back doors pairs and Store Manager said if we got a problem to call corporate.
