Clean place to do your laundry. I had seen the owner in while doing laundry and he was very polite, fast paced. I seen him cleaning the building, stocking, and picking up outside of his business. Great experience!

This place is probably got the best washers and dryers in town. The place is nice and clean very nice people that work there and live there.just a very good place to do your laundry at.

Really was impressed with how clean this laundromat was. The owner is super friendly. And easy to get a hold of iF there’s a problem.

Never had occasion to visit here, and use the facilities.stopped outside the facility and it was mistaken for me to have used the facility.

High Street Laundry is by far the best laundromat we have in Jefferson City.

It's not overcrowded, the machines work properly, it's quiet, cool, and updated. The owner of the establishment is easy to reach and super friendly if an issue ever arises.

High Street Laundromat offers an app to download where you can load money to your account and select which washer/dryer you want to use and start the machine from your phone; no more fumbling change! Quarters are still an option, though and there are two change machines inside that have always been in good working condition. When I do use the coin option with my laundry, I still use the app to see how many machines are in use. It even shows how much time is left on each machine's cycle. This way, I can choose to wash laundry using the machine of my choice and I can go when it's not busy.

Kid friendly, HSL has a big screen tv, reading corner, and vending machines to help occupy the little ones who tag along.

I've always had a pleasant and wonderful experience at High Street Laundromat and I most definitely recommend this business to others!

Very clean facility. The owner mitch is an extremely nice guy. I accidentally washed my clothes twice and he stopped the machines for me and started a dryer for free to reimburse me. It's a great place overall.

July 2022 Update: Prices are starting at $3.00 per load for washers and $1.75 for dryers.

8/1/21 Update: The number of flies zipping around this place is unnatural and annoying as hell. And for the love of sanity, can someone please change the channel the TV is stuck on.it used to actually play music and for a while now, it's been stuck on one channel that just plays dumb home videos on loop and it makes my ears bleed. Also, I'd recommend updating the air freshener cause the current one isn't doing anything anymore.

Definitely a mix of pros and cons.they seem to be a little more maintained than other laundromats in town, but that's not saying much considering that others are just disgusting garbage all around. And unfortunately, for the past few months during the pandemic, it seems that this laundromat is even less maintained which is just baffling to me. The floors are almost always dirty, as are the washers, either on the outside or inside or both. I don't think the washers are ever put through any "self cleaning" cycle. I started taking paper towels or wipes with me to at least clean the inside of the door cause there's always hair and grime left. The dryers are well-worn and I only use Low Heat, but it still leaves a slight burnt smell on your clothes.

Good things: change machine, snack machines if you get hungry.

All I do is call my sister, an she gets on the app, an she pays for the machine, so I dont have to take any money.

Though it looks small on the outside it has more than enough washers, some you can use electronically. I was more than pleased with the larger machines. The dryers are off in a smaller area, and not as many as washers, but I never lacked for an available one. The manager was a super nice guy who was more than willing to be of assistance. One machine didn't rinse all the way and had to call the # posted on the bulletin board and he was there in minutes and reset the machine to finish the spin. I need to do some serious laundry here soon and know just where I'm going:)

This is my favorite place to do laundry! One time I forgot my detergent at home and the owner allowed me to use detergent he had (and it was the brand I use!). So grateful for the friendly service and clean atmosphere.

It's always clean in here and reasonably priced. The dryer's get very hot and the washers always get my clothes very clean.

I usually use this laundromat because of it's cleanliness and convenience, and the hours work well for my schedule since I work nights. The door locks at 1030 although the facility is open until midnight and I wasn't able to make it back in to retrieve my dry clothes. I called and the owner was so wonderful and helpful and I was able to come and get all my items the following morning, which has been safely tucked away by the staff. They were even FOLDED! Best laundromat ever! I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!

I love how clean this place is, and the washers are all knew, so they don't reject your coins. The tv is nice. Not alot of places to sit, but you can come and go, so that's great too. Its not ever super busy, and I like that. The hours 6am-10pm 7days a week leave no room for complaint!
