15Visited friends there park got amenities like fishing pond clubhouse swimming pool a few run down trailors but looks like the park is taking care of them and putting in new ones
They allow too many dog owners in who don't follow the Independence leash law policies. Loose dogs running free everywhere. Make sure you have mace, club or a firearm with you when you are walking around the property.
I love this place but it's changed we need to put a gate up electric gate up to keep people out this morning at 3 there was five gunshots they got my neighbor's car and house we need to put in an electric gate up at the front to stop all these people coming in and it would help them stop dumping animals here to I'm sure everybody would like to till they start renting trailers till I start renting trailera month the security of that gate please consider this we have a beautiful community let's keep it that way I've lived here a long time trouble didn't start till t they started renting trailers that's when the trouble starts let's get a community meeting together
My friend lives her, the 2nd bump from coming into the building still is awful but they finally smoothed out the first one
We just moved in but so far loving our new home. The employees have been super friendly and helpful.
Very very clean. Great play ground equipment in working order. They have good paved two lane roads in most of the park.plenty of parking. Nice recreation area with basketball courts.
Management has no authority to approve anything. Current residents get ignored and in some cases threatened with physical violence and getting kicked out without any causes. Reaching out to the community manager will only bring more grief. And now we have the community manager asking people if they have cameras on their home. Why would someone tell you if they had cameras after you are threatened with physical violence?
We have a great community and with all of the improvements being made, new families moving here and our park manager working so hard to make our community into the best mobil home park in the world its no wonder the children who grow up here chose to stay after they grow up. (We even have a family that's lived here for five generations).
My son lives here. The place is pretty spiffy compared to the other trailer courts in the area.
I've lived here for about 3 years now and they have done lots of improvements in that time they put in 20-30 new trailers with new concrete pads underneath them and they built a small playground for the kids and a pavilion and a fenced in dog park and have worked on some of the water lines too yes rent has gone up twice since I've lived here but I don't mind because they are putting that money to good use plus living here is still cheaper than a little apartment that your probably going to pay 600$-800$ for, plus the apartment isn't yours my home is mine and I have more space so come check out highland manor and once they make more improvements I'll edit this and add it to the list of reasons to live here things aren't perfect but I'm happy to live here
New management and staff are really changing the whole feel of the park. Much more community oriented and the office staff has been resourceful in helping with state resources or just offering a helping hand with troublesome nuisances, like over whelping number of bags of trash bc you for got to put trash out the whole week before
I am finally settled in I really like this trailer park it is very nice it is very quiet I'd like to keep it that way LOL and they are on top of everything great job from the top to the bottom keep up the good work
Safe place to live and diversification, too. Out of necessity, the pool has been inaccessible; but, when safe, will be restored. The off-duty officer, Ron, is very attentive and easy to talk with. New homes are being presented by new management. We've enjoyed living here for the past 17 years. Thanks
Great place for family. Quite and safe, since the office does background checks for future residents. I have been here for 2 years and I always loving it!
