Highland Park Apartments, Springfield MO

I moved to highland park from another apartment complex in Springfield. Working with the staff here has been nothing but a pleasure. From the day I came to walk through to every tiny question I had in the process they helped me out leaving me without questions. Besides the great customer service I am very happy with how nice my apartment was upon arrival and the newly renovated place looks and works amazing!

Great place to call home. Calm, quiet, and amazing amenities. Can't wait to renew the lease again.

We absolutely love living at Highland Park! We've been here since last November, we recently renewed our lease as the environment here is perfect for our little family! 24 hours the phones are answered which is amazing when there is an issue in the middle of the night! Absolute best place we have ever lived!

I have been living at highland park for a while now. I like the renovations done in the past year or so to the apartments especially to the countertops and the kitchen. Having a covered parking option is great as well.

I have been living at Highland Park for about a year now and the transition from my old apartment to this one was seamless. I feel safe here, and I know that if I have any issues with my apartment I could reach the office easily and or maintenance if needed. The pool area has just been updated and it is BEAUTIFUL now, and has everything you could ever want for a pool area. My apartment itself is nice! The price is kind of high to be honest, but you do get a newly renovated space. I will admit that every time I open my oven after it has been preheated, my smoke alarm does go off which is kind of annoying. On the bright side I will always know if there is unwanted smoke/ a fire in my apartment. Overall a great place to live and the staff is always nice.

My husband & I just moved into Highland Park and were instantly so impressed with how clean/nice our apartment was upon arrival! These units were newly renovated and you can tell they didn’t cut any corners doing so. Exactly what we were looking for in our first home- comfortable, clean, and safe! Staff is great, looking forward to our time here!
