Awful! They charge you for everything. They invent absurd amounts of money that they force you to pay. They don't let you set up your own water company, and you pay triple what you would pay for an entire house. The people in the office are rude and refuse to help or give you an explanation for the charges they make up to make you pay extra. If your rent is 950, you will end up paying $1,400 for water and sewer service. Don't move here unless you want to pay extra every month.

Horrible, I've been here a month, the people here before me left a washer and dryer in the unit, it had water in it, started to smell, it took them almost 3 weeks to remove it, the neighbors have no respect for their neighbors, they let their dog runs through the apartment starting @6am in the morning, not only after that they playing music early in the morning you can complain nothing is done, I wouldn't recommend these apartment to anyone

I been here since aug 6th of 2023 and this have been the worst apartments I lived in i m already ready to go first when I moved my fans was dusty the disposal went out soon as i turnt it on and toilet wobbles like it’s gone fall out the floor the gas company said they couldn’t turn on my water due safety reason with the pipes and then they hired a tow company that give you TWO days to get some tags I went got my sticker I looked at the window my damm car was gone due to towing the office never answer the phone or email back I will be reaching out to problem solver and acting news I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody!

I have had the worst experience and have not even be living here for a month I would not recommend these appts at all safe your self the headache

Only lived here a little over a year.but everyone is friendly.neighbor's are quiet which I like lol. (No noise to complain about). Fairly priced, maintenance is great, And I have the most wonderful manager.
