Room isn’t clean. The bathroom has multiple issues. Shower leaks onto bathroom floor, toilet always is running. Toilet is not clean, toilet seat is all chipped and peeling. Towel holder is coming off the wall. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night at 4 in the morning. Hotel staff doesn’t seem to care. Here on business for the first time ever. Will HIGHLY suggest to my boss that we should never stay here again. Horrible experience. Stayed at countless other Hilton’s never had an issue. Will never recommend and corporate will be getting a formal compliant. One of the worst business travel experience ever.

The staff was helpful and available. When we arrived in the room immediately we saw crumbs all over the carpet. Then as we were settling in another family walked into our room, we were double booked and they had keys to our room. Then the thermostat was not working properly so it was so hot all night lone could barley sleep. Beds are very small double beds. The Barista was amazing and worked very fast by herself even wheen the line was 15 people long!

Found another person shirt in corner of our room along with a wine bottle cork. Then we had to use bathroom garbage can to add water since the bathroom toilet was broke. No garbage bags in the room. We drove 10 hours and needed a decent place to rest and this was money well wasted.

The room had bedbugs! Also, they put us in a room right next to the construction - same floor, right next door. The hotel was not crowded, this could have been avoided. No free breakfast included, and they fouled up the $12
meal compensation.

Rented a king suite and when I entered the room it was flooded. So I went to switch room when I arrived to my second room it was a downgraded room without advising me first. So I went back again and was informed that there were no longer any of same rooms so for my inconvenience I was offered a free appetizer from the restaurant. Also still be charged full price for a downgraded room instead of an adjusted price. I declined and then 170.00 was held for 5 to 7days due to there mishap.

As an Old Honors member, I am very very disappointed at this hotel. Had multiple problems with no one to help resolve. There's no breakfast.very dissapointing

I was traveling home from a business trip in Rapid City, SD when my flight was diverted to Kansas City. I found the staff very accommodating and welcoming especially Kendra at the front desk.

This hotel is my go to when flying out of Kansas City. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The rooms are slightly dated and could use a facelift but for a one night stay when flying out of and/or into the area, free shuttle to the airport, and the $12 food and beverage credit currently being given to Diamond members to use at Starbucks or the restaurant, this Hilton property is perfect for my needs.

Beds were comfy. BUT, no continental breakfast, a few stains on bed comforter/sheets, rips and tears on hotel furniture in the room. Inside pool was closed. Asked for fresh towels and it took forever. Elevator stopped on us the first time we got here.

Went for a private event.rooms were nice but pretty dated, pool area was great for kids. The lobby area looked very comfortable, but needed vacuuming and wipe down on closer inspection. Furniture was very worn and threadbare with tears and worn thru patches. This Hilton is old and tired and is in desperate need of attention.

Bathroom in horrible shape. Toliet ran and hot water was out early morning. Oh and no coffee due to cup shortage. I would be fine with any cup or size. Starbucks does not open till 6am. I guess all those pilots have to get coffee at the airport.

Lazy staff at the front desk on evening shift.comes from poor training and standards set from the "higher-ups. " This place is too expensive for the lack of quality service, the moment you enter the place

I travel for business about 4 nights out of the week and I’ve worked for Hilton for 5 years in the past. It seems this hotel has not undergone a facelift in a long time. The rooms felt outdated with small TVs and no options for streaming services. The carpet in the room was clean however the doors stick to them making it imperative to double-check they are completely shut each time you leave. *Safety issue* The restaurant seemed very busy but I did not have time to eat anything there. However, their menu had a wide variety of options and the kitchen stays open late. The gym was adequate and big enough for a few people to comfortably work out at a time. The fire alarm went off at 7 pm on 8/11 and as everyone vacated their rooms the front desk didn't even know the alarm was sounding. They didn't go outside to tell anyone about the false alarm, even after being told there was a crowd of concerned guests. It was very close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle service that could be scheduled. Overall not a great stay and will try to avoid it when possible in the future.

The hotel is a bit dated. It needs to be renovated. There is a Hilton Garden Inn around the corner that is a much better option.

Inadvertently got charged twice for the same room, even after calling to cancel the one room. When the 3rd party tried to work it out with the hotel they were unwilling to refund the 2nd charge. So I got charged twice for one night. Customer service in trying to deal with the issue was HORRIBLE.

This place is getting a little tired looking. My first visit, July 11th, found me in a room with obvious water damage on one wall, evidence someone had ripped a framed photo off the wall, and a rusty fire suppressant nozzle on the wall. Worse yet, when I got into the very clean white tiled shower, the dirt I tracked in walking the room floors in my bare feet was disgusting.
My second visit, a few weeks later was much better. Thus the three stars vs one I might have done based on the first visit. Room was in one piece, clean, and overall no issues.
I want to emphasize the staff was excellent. No issues there. I think Hilton brass, or whoever owns this property, take a hard look and spend a few bucks.

Mobile app said my room was ready, went strait to my room and it was never cleaned. Front desk did get in clean room after a visit back downstairs. Restaurant was under staffed and very slow. Never was told anything about the Diamond food credit.

I have stayed in this property multiple times over the years. In general, we have enjoyed our stays.

During this summer, we have had breakfast at Asado multiple times as we have done in the past. However, the breakfast rules have continuously changed causing significant confusion. In June, we booked two rooms with two people per room, and had the breakfast free since we had two rooms and a total of 4 people. We have been diamond members for several years.

In July, the rules had been changed. We were now supposed to receive a credit of $12 per person (up to 2) per room. Both back on July 3rd, and this last weekend, we have not received it. The front desk and the servers at the restaurant said we should receive a $12 for two people for each room, but we only received two of these credits for one room only and only for one day.

In a nutshell, next time we are having breakfast somewhere else as nobody seems to be able to explain it for us in correct terms.
