Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing reviews
18It was great! Staff, room, & Christmas decorations were perfect. Only wish they didn't charge for guest parking $15/day and provided the breakfast credit of $19.99 per person instead of $12 to cover the cost of the buffet across the street. Will probably stay here again in the future.
I wish I could give this hotel and it's staff more than five stars! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. The Hilton Promenade is in the BEST location for food, fun and shopping. No car needed if you like to walk to places.it's so close to everything! My husband and I also noticed that the people that work here are so friendly and down to earth. Stacy, the manager as well as Donya at the front desk are amazing! This was the best vacation we have had in a very long time.we will definitely be returning again!
Nice, was advertised as being like the Bellagio in Vegas. Show was far too short. It was nice, but too short to be grand.
Beautiful setting, especially during the Christmas season. A wide variety of restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing is a great place to enjoy Branson. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly. We stayed the night before the Christmas tree lighting however we did see them testing it the night before and it was fantastic. The tree was right outside our balcony. If you enjoy breakfast you have to go across the street to the Hilton Conference Center hotel.
Not what i expected no service just a expense place to stay no complementary breakfast additional cost to park second build to far from pool and gym no house cleaning limited amenities
Very nice hotel at the town square. Located at the promenade where shops and restaurants abound. Room was clean and large. Had individual heat/ac control but it was difficult to get the temp right. I would stay there again. Whiskeys bar & restaurant was in the building, but it isn't affiliated with the Hilton.
No continental breakfast, no coffee, charge you to park in their garage above the room rate, hotel wise mediocre, not impressed
Great location on the landing! Staff is friendly and helpful. Mattress was damaged - it was clearly caving in. Made for a harder couple nights sleep. Other than that it was great.
My husband and I came for a wedding and it happened to be my birthday. A friend of mine from out of town wanted to do something special for me, she reached out to the hotel and worked with Rick who arranged to have a bottle of my favorite wine and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for me in our room after the wedding.
Rick went above and beyond with his kindness, his professionalism my and eagerness to help.
Thanks Pea for thinking of me and thanks Rick for making it happen!
Absolutely amazing service, clean rooms, and perfect location. I let them know that we were celebrating my husband's birthday and our anniversary and they upgraded our room and when we got in there they had left a birthday card with snacks and rose petals on the bed! Couldn't be happier with our stay!
Nice convenient location next to shops and restaurants. Rooms N206 and N208 are not worth the balcony price. Balcony view is Literally the green roof. Otherwise, rooms are cozy, roomy and comfortable.
I always enjoy staying at the Promenade. The location is perfect with direct access to Branson Landing and all the shops and restaurants.
Spent the weekend with several friends. I think we had around 7 rooms. Had a balcony facing the big Christmas tree and it was awesome. From check in to check out everyone we encountered was so friendly and courteous. I do wish the rooms had microwaves, but we managed. I can’t wait to return to this most hospitable hotel.
Nice room, odd layout for a hotel.
Biggest issue is my door wouldn't shut properly and was ajar every time I came back to my room. My colleague also had a stranger (not staff) use a card to get into her room while she was sleeping. When we asked if there was a mistake they said she must've lost her card and that's how they got in. (she didn't)
Our stay was great! We were surprised to find our room decorated with roses for our 20 year anniversary. The staff was wonderful. Top notch!
Hiltons are our preferred place to stay when we travel. This one is very nice. It was our 46th anniversary. They slid a nice card under our door the first night. Several staff members wrote nice comments in it. Nice touch. We need to cover a negative event.
After dinner, the second night, we wanted to see the pool area. There was a sign on the door that said "pool closed". We weren't going to swim, we justed wanted to set in the beautiful outside area. After a few minutes, we were shocked to find there was no way to exit the courtyard or to reenter the hotel. Usually your key will allow you to enter any of the outside doors. There were no keypads. Exit gate was locked. I only had the main Hilton phone number and she said no one was answering the desk phone. We considered risking injury by climbing over the rock wall. I'm certain it would not have ended well. Eventually I saw a man's head and I had to plead with him to go tell someone. He did better. He walked all the way to where we had exited, and opened the door for us. To ensure no one else made the same mistake we went to the desk and told our story. "Yea, some drunk guy did that last night" too. That was not the reaction I expected.
Thank you for a pleasant anniversary stay. Our room was lovely and the swan towels and rose petals were a nice surprise. The room was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed the landing view. Check in is easy and parking is convenient. We have always been pleased with our stays at this Hilton.
