Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark

The staff were prompt and kind upon check in. The room though was not the best. There was a used bar of soap in the shower which I found gross. Especially with them stating the room had been thoroughly cleaned due to Covid. The ceiling in the shower was peeling and falling down. There was also a lack of information in regards to the hotel, TV guide, restaurant information, amenities, etc. The overall hotel and location were nice, our room though not so much

Disappointed. Booked this hotel so my kids could swim. Pool closed shortly after we went down there Sunday evening and told us it would reopen the next morning. We decided to rearrange our plans so we could enjoy the pool in the morning. Pool closed again the next day with a new excuse for it to be closed. On top of this, the shower was ridiculous and water went everywhere. The hallways smelled of smoke. The employee at the front desk said they would offer me a refund, which didn’t happen. The only positive was the employees in the restaurant- super friendly.

I felt safe and comfortable with all of the hotel covid19 precautions in place. The staff were very professional and personable.

Room was not cleaned properly. Looks like someone wiped their a$$ on the shower curtains. Drains stunk too. (Free coupon for breakfast for the inconvenience, however they give these out to everybody since covid and no breakfast is served buffet style. Lol) great location geographically though! Maybe I hit them in a bad weekend, will try again someday.

Would stay again. Great location and views! Pool and hot tub were nice. On site Starbucks was a big plus.

Rude staff. Stayed 2 nights. 2nd night they locked all the parking ramp elevators. Very inconvenient to do to guests. Which they treat nothing like guests. Staff was really rude, and short with any question. Had to wait 5 minutes for gate to lift for parking because the attendant was on phone not paying attention to us. Will not be spending my money there again. $135 and not even a microwave in room.smh.horrible experience.

Great gateway place, nice clean rooms, amazing Arch view from East Tower. Located in the heart of Saint Louis, offers spacious rooms with wide windows to enjoy the city view. There is an option now to check in and check out online through the Hilton app. Guest receives a digital key and can enter an elevator and room by using a cell phone.

We visit the 360 bar for dinner and drinks. The food was great and the staff was excellent. We had a great time and the view is breathtaking.

Great location. No pool. Correction: no OUTDOOR pool. Yes - indoor pool, and loved the accomodations.

Very nice but their standard buffet breakfast that you'd get anywhere was STUPID expensive.thought it would be free

DAY 1: Off to a really bad start. Hotel parking is across the street and a block away. If you'd like to come and go as you please, the hotel will upsell you a pass for $27 a day. Giant hotel. Full of people and lots of activity. The line just to use the elevator was about 20 minutes long. Once we got onto the elevator, we were told we couldn't get to our floor because we didn't tell the attendant that when we got onto the elevator. The view from the 360 is amazing.

Convenient location and friendly staff. My room was comfortable. The air conditioner rattled somewhat, which was only a problem while trying to fall asleep.

Spectacular location and hotel, but they seemed to have some drainage and plumbing issues in the tower we were in.

This is a great hotel if the price is cheap. The room was ok and the hot tub wasn't heated. The staff was extremely professional and pleasant.

The location is extremely convenient to the stadium. The staff for the hotel are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this hotel to all as a great place to stay, work or play.

I visited 360 on top of Hilton at the ballpark and had a wonderful fiber with friends! The view was spectacular. The food was great. Wonderful service. And the weather was perfect.

Always love staying here. It is a little pricy but overall a great place to stay for baseball games at Busch Stadium.

We actually stopped by Starbucks on the way to the game to grab some Joe. Quick friendly service and helpful staff.

Not clean, house keeping had to come change dirty comforter, very disgusting, no one seemed too concerned, said they were sorry but that doesn't ease our minds. Won't be back

Good location and amenities, front desk staff not very welcoming though valet and doormen were. My room had some serious maintenance issues, shower head was filthy and had a poor stream, thermostat was falling off the wall, cracked sink, cracked tiles and stained toilet. I did alert the front desk, nothing done. Unfortunately not worth the price in the condition, hope they do some upkeep.
