Hobby Lobby reviews
20Love going to Hobby Lobby although I have to drive 80 miles to get to one, it is well worth the trip. Huge selection of anything you could ever want. But a piece of advice.make sure your husband or boyfriend brings something to read because you will be in there for a while shopping.
They have cute stuff, but this over pricing stuff to make it look like a sale is ridiculous! Just post the prices.
This store had so much more hobby supplies when I was a kid. While they have a decent selection of craft supplies, it's more of a home decor store than a hobby store. 30-40 years ago they had lots of model airplanes, cars, rockets, etc, and was the best place to get model railroad equipment. Not much of that left now. I (and many others) wish they would leave the 1950's behind and join the rest of the retail world with UPC coding instead of price stickers - especially at Christmas when lines are ridiculously, needlessly long from having to constantly get price checks. It's a privately owned company and while I'm adamantly opposed to their politics and policies that the rest of the modern world has thankfully left behind, I will still occasionally be a customer to purchase hard-to-find coloured pencils or last minute xmas gifts. I believe in supporting Main Street America/brick and mortar businesses, but frankly, if Amazon carries something Hobby Lobby has, I'll order it from them before I'll go to HL.
The store was unkempt and many items were broken on the shelf. Prices are to high and they discount everything 40% wanting to make you think you are getting a deal.
I love this place has everything you need for arts and crafts and other projects. Very helpful staff. Beautiful store and have it decorated well. And help me find everything I needed. I got batting velvet and other stuff don't remember everything I got.
The crafting supplies and house decor galore! They really do have a huge selection and sales that rotate often, but their POS systems are slow and lines can take a long time. Furniture pieces are low quality but crafting supplies and decorations are very nice.
Wow! It's crazy there a week before Christmas, but at least they had all checkout lanes going. Need something for a craft you're working on? Hobby Lobby is the place to go.
Great place for all of your crafting needs. The lines are usually long when I go here. You can always use a 40% off coupon if something isn't on sale.
If you need anything for crafting, scrapbooking, or more they have it!
great service have a question just ask an associate.they'll help and there are plenty of them.
My wife searched and search all over to find a top for her snow man tree and finally found one here. They had what no one else did and at great prices.
This craft store has never let me down, the staff are wonderful, the prices are great, and I have always found what I needed as far as craft supplies. They also have deals fairly often on a lot of stuff.
Would highly recommend
Very busy but with the store very well staffed the waiting was minimal. Sales were excellent, so shopping was fun. Love the selection!
I usually enjoy hobby lobby but yesterday I brought in 2 pictures to get wire attached to the back so I can hang them on a special hook in both my children's rooms. I get this done to all my pictures, even when I get custom frames built at hobby lobby. Yesterday the woman that assisted me told me told me that she couldn't do it to the first picture because she could crack the plastic frame. I explained to her that I understood the risk and I had it done before (still have the picture wrapped in plastic with my hobby lobby receipt attached). She refused to do it. On the second picture she didn't want to do it because she felt the frame was too thin. I physically had to show her that she wasn't drilling anything the hooks were already there and to just apply the wire. She had no argument to give so she did it. I tried to explain it again to her for the first picture and she told me that they sell wire and I could do it myself. Horrible customer service. As a customer when I tell you that I understand the risk, I accept anything that happens from that moment forward. I'm at hobby lobby, if the frame cracks, I'll just buy a new one. Sorry my request is beneath you.
A great merchandiser of craft and hobby related items. The stores are clean and thoughtfully planned. They can be a bit slow on the registers at times, but their generous 40% coupon ap more than makes up for a few minutes of time.
It's been almost a year since I was in Hobby Lobby and for no particular reason except I didn't need anything. Today, it was like I remembered, neat, organized, well staffed, friendly staff, and fairly expeditious check out.
Great place to shop for picture frames to seasonal decor. My wife finds great coupons online and we both like the friendly staff.
Love Hobby Lobby anywhere in the country. This store is larger than the one near my home in Fort Lauderdale and offered more options to help my son decorate his new apartment.
Wonderful autumn items! 40% off. Plus they are starting to set out Christmas items. Know it's early but they run out very quick and there is always something wonderful to be found. Then you can be surprised again when you get out your Christmas stuff! They start preparing for Spring about, the Time you feel like doing Christmas. Shop in September and October to find the best stuff all 40% off
I am always excited to shop at Hobby Lobby. The people are great with trying to help customers. I can find so much stuff that I need and a whole lot of stuff I don't need. Going down each aisle is a a ton of fun just seeing very thing there is and possibly using it as a craft or future decoration in my home. I always have to go to Hobby Lobby on a budget or else I would spend every dime there. Even my husband enjoys shopping at Hobby Lobby. Can't wait for the new location to open up in Rolla!
Always love their sales prices.excellent selection but unless you buy on sale they are high but no more than any other craft store
The selection and prices of their items makes this a great place to shop for home decorating ideas and furnishing your home.
