Holiday Inn Club Vacations Holiday Hills Resort at Branson

Close to downtown Branson, right across the road from grocery store pizza dollar general. Didn't get a chance to use in the amenities but I saw in the registration building pool tables and arcade games, indoor pool right next door

Always have a great time here. The girls love the indoor pool and close to the Branson landing. Fun to fish in the little pond as well

I stayed in leu of getting a hotel. They do not tell you until you get the bill that they add a ten dollar surcharge for a "resort fee". The room was nice but smelled heavily of plastic fumes. The amenities were so far from my room that I did not use any of them so I can't speak on the quality of them.
Most likely will not return because of the fee. It made it just as expensive as the hotels in the area.

Rooms definitely need updating. Grout missing out of the tiles, needs more attention to cleaning. Was nice to have 2 bedrooms with our family of 5. Pools were nice. Shower in the master bedroom was weird but functional. It's out in the open and difficult to get in and out of. About 7 minutes from Branson Landing. Good place for families. Overall would stay again.

Great place to stay in Branson! Each bedroom has it own bath! Did you hear that? No sharing bathrooms! Clean and spacious, several pool options. We had a slight issue that I’m not going to mention because of their service recovery all is well. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because it’s Brandon not Las Vegas. And they don’t claim to be.

This is truly the first hotel I have experienced that has the size of a condo with the amenities of a hotel. 5 pools, anything you may possibly need, just a few miles from downtown branson. 2 bedroom 1400 sq feet of what seems brand new rooms. Everything is convenient, big and comfortable. Will not stay ANYWHERE else in the branson area. We stayed the first week of August and paid less than 250 a night with all the taxes etc. BARGAIN!

Great location! Close to Branson Landing and a short drive to all the Branson attractions, but far enough away for peace and quiet to relax.

Very quiet and relaxing venue. The room we stayed in seemed to be updated and was very nice.

I spent an entire week and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities on the resort. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good food.

Great place to stay. Clean room, free washer and dryer. It felt more like an apartment. Very quiet and comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience from check in to check out.we had a 2, bedroom villa which was centered in the middle of everything offered.kids had a blast

All was good. The place isn't remodeled like other HICV it's the old silver leaf style, but it's good everyone was nice

DO NOT RELY ON THE REVIEWS ON THE IHG WEBSITE, THEY REJECTED THE "DO NOT FALL FOR THE TIMESHARE SCHEME" PORTION.
DO NOT FALL FOR THE TIMESHARE SCHEME We initially picked Branson and this resort as part of an unsolicited IHG timeshare offer. We discovered that what was promised was not what was going to be delivered after we booked and paid the $200 but at least a month before we checked in. Since my wife's family was already committed to meeting in Branson from Kansas and Oklahoma, my wife made a separate booking and cancelled the timeshare booking. If you are looking for a room with a separate bedroom with attached bathroom, a small kitchen, an average living area, and the option for a smaller attached room, all for a reasonable price, this could be a good option for you. If you are fine with walking a short distance to an unheated outdoor pool or driving to the indoor heated pool, this will work for you. If you want to golf on site, that is an option here. You will be close enough but not too close to the Branson attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly, but we had to buy cleaning supplies because the floor was filthy. My wife was told we had a golf course view when she booked, but instead we had a view of the parking lot between our building and another one just like it. We liked the outdoor picnic pavilion with grills. There was a laundry building a short walk away with free machines. Although we will continue to stay at IHG properties for a night during a multi-day road trip (a Holiday Inn Express with an indoor pool and breakfast is consistently a great stop on a long road trip), this property does not compliment how we vacation. I do not anticipate ever staying at another IHG Vacation Club timeshare property.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Close to Big Cedar and Top of the Rock. Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Their golf course is nice as well. Leslie was super sweet@

We booked through Armed Forces Vacation Club. We enjoyed our 7 day stay, the only downside was it appeared outdated. They could catch up on the times. They could use smart tv’s for guests to hook up their electronics to stream. Whenever we needed something, I was able to pick up the phone and call and they made things happen, so service was great. The pool card swipe thingy was broken, so we constantly had to show our room cards to be at peace in the indoor pool area. So the pool and the broken elevator was a downside hence the overall rating being a 4 star. Now if we get back home or see hidden fees, best believe I will be back on here updating this review. Nice place, but you can't enjoy it without having to endure timeshare purchase pushes. Already an Elite owner, but that isn't enough for the group. Nice accommodations, even if on the lower cost end. The more you buy, usually the better the units. Beginning to feel a lack of loyalty to longer term owners, so thinking of giving up ownership.

Awesome place to stay in Branson. The 2 bedroom option worked great for a family. Convenient to drive to the attractions after you get used to the drive. The activity center was fun for both kids and adults.
