Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cape Girardeau I-55, an IHG Hotel

We love this holiday inn, very clean, the staff is always very happy and helpful, the king size rooms have jetted tub's, we recommend this holiday inn at Cape Girardeau Missouri the best one around

This was a GREAT choice for me and my mom! The suite room that we had was at no additional cost, the breakfast was outstanding, the concierge was friendly and had recommendations for our visit. Will definitely book here again!

Great room. Plenty of space for kids. Only thing is did not receive info upon checkin about pool or tv.

This hotel stay was a great experience! Clean room, ultra comfortable bed, and the customer service is perfection. It is also close to many businesses, some within walking distance. One of the best hotels I have stayed at!

First time staying at a Holiday Inn and first time in Missouri and I have to say that the hotel leaves me with mixed reviews. I'll try to summarize everything and make it easy enough to process. Overall 6/10 rating.

Pros:
• Hotel was located nicely in the middle of the town so travel was easy.
• Staff was very courteous and helpful to the best of their ability.
• Rooms were clean enough and tidy to not warrant concern of health hazards.
• Complimentary breakfast was very delicious.
• Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.
• Room service was routinely done and well kept.

Cons:
• Ceilings and walls are very thin so noise from rambunctious guests is easy to hear.
• Room maintenance could've been better. Shower and Tub were not the greatest functioning amenities, Mini Fridge was due for a cleaning internally, and HVAC was not the greatest functioning either.
•TV and HVAC are restricted by hotel regulations so you only get but so much out of them.

Really nice hotel it was clean our bed was comfortable our room even had a jacuzzi tub in it. Super nice I wish I could give more stars. We loved it

Everyone is helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned and attention to detail is what sets this place from all the rest. Pool is a nice balmy 88deg even in ice cold winter it’s a large hot tube. Great staff, breakfast and well done housekeeping.

Great hotel. Four recent trips here and I was allowed to check in by noon on Monday each time. Staff is super nice and very helpful. Breakfast was always ready on time at 6am. Rooms are quiet clean and well maintained.

Clean room excellent bed. Tub and shower was a great surprise.water pressure was out of this world! Cookies at 8 pm. Wow! Breakfast had flavor and staff super nice

Beautiful, modern, VERY CLEAN. The beds and bedding are so comfortable and lush. They have full size bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in every bathroom for your convenience. The breakfast is delicious with a huge selection and variety from hot meals to cold fruits and yogurts. I travel alone a lot and I always choose Holiday Inn Express because as a woman, I feel seen and cared for by the staff. I feel safe. I highly recommend this wonderful and affordable hotel.

The lady at the front desk was a great help to us on Monday. The breakfast was great for are stay. But the carpet needs to be cleaned. Are feet were black. But a great place to stay for we could visit family and friends. We did Christmas in July.

Nice clean room, clean bathroom staff was friendly, they serve baked cookies for guest at 8pm and have a good breakfast in the morning

Overall, excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast as good. The staff was welcoming. The location is filled with everything you need within 2 miles. One of the best HI Express I've stayed in.

We came into town on June 6th for an overnight stay. We left out on the 7th and my mom left her brand new charger that came with her new phone! She was so devastated thinking it was lost forever. I called the hotel and they FOUND IT for her! They held on to it for us until we came back into town to pick it up! That is service!

Very clean with spacious rooms.
The staff is amazing-especially Lynn in the breakfast area! She is friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. Not easy to find someone with this level of customer service these days.

Everything was great, the shower has all necessary items in bottles for easy access while showering. Room very clean, breakfast with abundant variety of food.

I'm a big fan of Holiday Inn Expresses and this 1 didn't disappoint. Friendly staff, right off I 55 and restaurants and gas nearby

This place is super clean! Service is great and friendly! The breakfast is better then most! Will definitely stay again! I Love the jetted bathtub! And the feather pillows. Oh yea Dove body care shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion ️
