14Odd location at the end of a subdivision but the staff was great. Room was nice. Will come back if I need to.
We had a wonderful time visiting family and it was a great place to stay. The night clerk was friendly and told us of many local attractions that were perfect for families. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The next time we are in town we will stay again.
This is the worst hotel to work at. I worked here for five months and got rested horrible. Yeah it might be a nice place to stay the night but the management there is down right awful. You get your hours cut for not being able to make it in on a snow day. You get nit picked at for everything you do. If I could rate this zero stars I would. I would never ever stay here knowing how the manager treats there employees
LOVE THIS PLACE! Debra was very helpful! Extremely kind and yall the breakfast buffet! Was AMAZING! 10/10 recommended! They have full size shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash! They supply a new comb if you were in a rush and the front desk lady was amazing too she was so upbeat when that's the mood we needed!
I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but needed a place to stay for a night after a long drive. The hotel is fantastic. It is very clean and the staff were all wonderful. They were super helpful and polite. The pool was a nice temperature and clean. Breakfast was nice. Highly recommend.
They made a terrible situation much better for me. I was in an accident and totaled my car. I was able to walk in after midnight get a room, and the next day they worked with me for a late check out because I couldn't find a rental car. I ended up staying another night because I couldn't find a rental car. The breakfast was so nice and everyone was so polite and helpful. You really have great employees here! You don't find that very often.
Nicest hotel in Festus, mo. Brand new property. My elderly Aunts with disabilities stayed there. They felt comfortable, maneuvered well in their rooms. The staff was excellent. Friendly, groomed well, professional and accommodating.
Lovely place to stay. They staff are very kind, the rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and it is centrally located to many restaurants, gas stations and the highway.
My family and I were traveling back to Missouri from Tennessee we traveled there for a funeral. We had been busy all week and so very exhausted. We stopped in at Holiday Inn express at 2am just to simply sleep. It was very clean and inviting. We felt safe and at home for the night. The breakfast was very good so much variety! Definitely recommend this Holiday Inn express

This place was amazing.friendly staff, even at 7: 30 pm. They had an extra bottle opener that I could use. The bed was very comfortable - the shower had amazing water pressure, and the cleanliness of the entire facility was spot-on!

Overall very nice hotel inside and out. Staff is great, food is good, beds are very nice, the beds are very comfortable with clean sheets.
The housekeeping could use some help though. The floors were dirty. In the coffee area the was something spilt on the floor from the previous people or who knows how long. Housekeeping could definitely do better.
One of the best hotels we have stayed at! We have stayed at many Holiday Inns and other hotels, but this one was exceptional because of ALL the staff we encountered! Barb who helped serve breakfast was outstanding.she constantly checked on us and helped with our kids so much. She was so sweet! Jolie, who cleaned our room, was also wonderful! She made sure we had all we needed and made up the kids beds with their stuffed animals. Truly just went above and beyond! Thank you all so much!
