Holiday Inn St. Louis - Downtown Conv Ctr, an IHG Hotel

Shuttle driver Keith is the best one out there, he took us where we wanted to go within a reasonable distance of the hotel! Darby and Mio at the bar, are the best bar tenders you could ask for and treat the people awesome.

The best staff you could ask for from the front desk Ruby to the bar Darby & Mio, and to top it off Keith in the shuttle. This place is a must stay hotel. All of our needs where met without hesitation and all smiles!

Noisy neighbor at the next room which may be just a bad luck. But even with such big noise at midnight, front desk didn't react fast.

Would've have prolly went up to 2 stars. But security rent a cops at night are completely out of line and need to be fired!

Wished the pool and hot tubs were working but everyone was fantabulous. We went to the bar and wanted food. They made the best mushroom and sausage pizza I've had in a while. They kept us entertained and were very accommodating. The rest of the staff was top notch as well. Wish all Holiday inns were this pleasant. I had fun and met some great people. I will go back. Loved the decor. It would have 5 stars if I could have got in hot tub or pool.
Please make sure they get acknowledged. I am sure they will remember the redhead from Iowa and the Blonde from Wisconsin. Lol. Great people.

I have no idea why this hotel has so many good reviews. Our room was dirty, especially the floors. It’s incredibly outdated. Also stay away from the revolving doors. They’re faulty and almost crushed my kid and I. Management didn’t seem to care.

The room was clean and comfortable, the people were friendly and the breakfast was awesome. Just see how much parking is charging before you buy a parking pass. They charged me 5 dollars more than the lot charged. Definately do stay here if you are in the area.

Loved this hotel! Just on the edge of downtown, Close to food and activities. Free shuttle to games and Amtrak. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were huge! They also offer valet parking and a buffet breakfast, not complimentary, but only ten dollars

I know there were reviews that weren't so positive about this location but it worked out perfectly for us! We were looking for a location close to the Enterprise stadium and it did not disappoint. The staff are super friendly and helpful and Keith drove us to and from Enterprise which was a Godsend! No fighting traffic or parking and we met some awesome people on our shuttle! We were able to walk to a few places in the day as well which was so convenient. It definitely worked for what we needed!

The hotel staff were extremely nice, but that’s where it ends. The hallways smell like weed. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain was molded, the tub didn’t drain, and there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower! I requested a different room, which again, great customer service. This room wasn’t much better. The toilet drains itself ever 5 minutes or so. I would not recommend staying here, especially for the cost.

Nice spacious rooms. Quiet street as well. Close to many great restaurants within walk distance. Rent a scooter is fun option to get around.

Overall not a great place to stay. The staff was nice but that’s about where the good stuff ended. The building seems newer or recently renovated. The hallways wreaked of weed. There was no soap in my room and I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The area is not great and I would not feel comfortable outside alone at night. I would not stay here again.

Clean rooms. Staff was wonderful. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle driver drove to and from the stadium multiple times, but the hotel is close enough to walk to ball games.

My partner and I chose to stay here for a concert weekend. We drove almost 900 miles from the upper Midwest. We were extremely exhausted when we got to this hotel, and we were treated with such great hospitality when we checked in. They could tell we were frustrated with a 3rd party reservation site and they made up for it as much as they could EVEN THOUGH it wasn't their mistake. They made it right. They took the negative and turned into a positive. I especially want to thank Qira. Girl.you are an absolute delight. We adored you! Thank you for all of your kindness and all the smiles! You made our stay so wonderful, I hope you know that! You deserve all the best that life has to offer you. Keep smiling because you radiate SO much positivity just by doing so! The room was we got was so gorgeous and we appreciated the comfort after our long trip down to St. Louis. Danielle, you were also so fabulous and when we were leaving, you made us feel like we should just stay a couple more days. This place and the staff are so inviting and kind so don't be an a$$hole. Be kind because they are phenomenal. Also, the food. SERIOUSLY. Soooooo gooooooood. And the restaurant crew.you guys were so attentive and charismatic. We appreciated the smiles, conversations and laughter. We will 100% absolutely be back. THANK YOU, AGAIN! See you next year!

I will say the staff is friendly, but sadly our room was terrible. We had fish smelling sheets that were also dirty, the AC unit is so loud and obnoxious, and lastly, our toilet wouldn’t flush and ran all night.

Along with others who have reviewed, we were one of about 30-50 burglaries. My husband woke to gunshots while it was presumably happening. This hotel and manager knows what’s up. You can shoot a line of bull all you want about developments yadi yada but the darn gate and fence (which was useless before) was in fact torn down the weekend we stayed. Pretty sure we would have been in trouble anyways. Hotel room was also dirty. Do NOT stay here please. Crime is up in St. Louis downtown. Just read up on it, sadly we didn’t.

The experience was not good the hotel smelled bad cars was broken into the on Thursday about 30 cars and the hotel said that they wasn't responsible but you charging $20 to park why aren't you responsible.you should be your hotel knew the break ins were going on and didn't worn your guests this was going on. I think the hotel should pay for those peoples Windows.

Absolutely the worst experience! Dirty room with both brownish and crusty white stains on chair and bedding. Parked car with valet and it along with 50 others, were broken into and I was still charged for parking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Load your entire cart and hold you 5 month old and 4 year old and struggle all the while, then when you get to the door and pull out your room key card to unlock the lobby door she comes out, her name is Andrea by the way, “oh sorryyyy we don’t allow dogs, he didn’t specify what animals”. Like. Wth do you mean “specify” animals.

Hotel was fairly decent.for the most part. However, my trip ended with the worst experience ever. My car was broken in to and I was parked in the first row closest to the building in the parking lot. The receptionist was nice enough to bring me out a trash bag and tape and allowed me to bring my car right up to the front door, illegally parked but I wish there was more that could of been done such as discount for the damages being done in their parking lot. I did talk with the sheriff and he did say they are stepping up patrolling in this area but more needs to be done when it comes to the hotel side of things. There is NO reason this many vandalism should be happening for your guest. If it wasn't for this I would of rated this hotel higher but more action needs to be taken into consideration. I will not be referring this hotel nor staying here again.
