As someone who travels extensively for work and has stayed in numerous hotels, I must say that the level of customer service and hospitality I received at your establishment exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, I was treated like royalty.

The warm and genuine welcome I received from your staff made me feel right at home. It was truly heartwarming to be greeted with smiles and immediately taken care of. What impressed me even more was the breakfast experience. Upon entering the breakfast area, I was pleasantly surprised when four staff members approached me, eager to cater to my every need. They ensured I had everything I required, even offering to prepare fresh eggs as breakfast came to a close. Their attentiveness and continuous offers for assistance made me feel incredibly valued as a guest.

I cannot emphasize enough how this experience stands out among my stays at various hotels. Your staff's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is commendable, and it is evident that they take pride in consistently providing an exceptional level of service. This has certainly set a new standard for me when it comes to hotel experiences.

Clean lobby, lemon water, and clean gym.

However, the rooms had plumbing troubles. In my mom's room the toilet did not flush. In my room the shower head did not fully spray.

Overall the rooms were clean and nice, but the plumbing issues detracted from the overall stay quality. Still in Jeff City this is a pretty good option.

If I could give -10 stars I would. Customers BEWARE!

My husband and I stayed for one night in this hotel while our plumbing was getting worked on, later that evening we went down to the pool because the hot tub was out of order. My husband went back to our room to grab something and got stuck in the elevator. He waited for over 45 minutes for someone to get him out. The hotel staff did not want to be bothered with helping him so they called an outside source to get him out. Mind you he was stuck in between two floors and the man they called reeked of marijuana and told my husband that this elevator gets stuck often and is a reoccurring issue while he was pulling my husband out. We woke up with a receipt under our door being told that our night was free because of this when we went to bring the receipt to the front desk. We decided to stay another night because of this, when we woke up the next day we had another receipt showing us a credit for our nights at the hotel. I went down to talk to the front staff and was told that this was also another credit back to us. Then I was told that the charges would be dropped within a few days. I called back on Wednesday because they were still on my account, I was told again by the front staff that charges were dropped on their end and to call my bank. Called my bank and I had a debit to my account, then I called the hotel manager and she laughed and said they never gave us free nights even though her staff told us that. They are now refusing to drop the charges even though we were promised that they would and I have not gotten a call
Back from the owner. This hotel is extremely shady and will charge your card and lie to your face. Their staff is also high reek or marijuana while telling us that they have issues with people getting stuck in their elevator often. This hotel is very shady and please go somewhere else before you get seriously injured or have non authorized charges on your card. I am seeking legal action.

Lazy hotel. When I arrived, they told me that the breakfast I had paid for would not be served, because the next day was a holiday. The materials are of low quality and needs a facelift. The WIFI was not working properly. Overall it was a disappointment.

Very nice hotel! Clean, nice staff, and very new. The only thing they could add is continental breakfast. Other Holiday Inns have hot breakfast, but this hotel doesn't even have bagels and cereal. Still the hotel is 5 stars in my opinion, but a breakfast would be nice for the price.

Room didn't have a microwave, asked staff to use a microwave, they said they'd get me one for my room, had to call guest services after waiting 30min or so and they just decided not to tell me they couldn't find one for my room. Guess all 5 of the staff members at the desk didn't think me getting help was important enough.

If you read one review of this hotel I really hope it is this one. This hotel outsources its Sales department to another company that is charging anywhere from $10 to $40 over the price of the rooms. When booking a room block, I expect a discounted rate, not to be price gouged. When attempting to contact the hotel directly about this, I just kept getting forwarded to their scamming outsourced company. The company is also working with several other hotels in the area, making all of their rates the exact same.

We always stay here when visiting Jefferson City. Very clean and employees are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, always fresh and quiet. The only down size was the breakfast at the "Pub". Not a fan.

So disappointed in this hotel and the management. My husband and I were supposed to stay here and canceled with the hotel. We were told by a team member that since they had not charged our card yet, we could cancel with no penalty or fees. They charged our card for the room TWO WEEKS after we were supposed to stay and canceled the reservation. They are dodging our calls and pointing fingers at third party sites. Bottom line.avoid this hotel if you want charges 2 weeks later after being told no fees were due at the time of cancellation. The GM/Owner will not call you back either.

We were scheduled to attend a softball tournament on 08/04/23 the day before and of it rained heavily and the tournament got canceled. We booked through Expedia but had it to were we didn't pay until we got to the hotel. When the Tournament got canceled I called Expedia to cancel as it was 24 hours before our registration they canceled but advised we would need to call the hotel. I called the hotel and was graciously told that they could cancel the reservation even if though it was inside the 24 hour window. If we wouldn't have been allowed we would have gone up anyway and made a weekend of it. Since they were able to cancel we didn't go.

Two weeks after the reservation was canceled we were charged the 1 night stay by the hotel and told because we canceled within the 24 hour period they cant refund us. They advised we would need to call expedia because they were charged. After I called expedia and asked them for a refund they said they didnt charge anyone anything. When i told the hotel this they then said it was there policy. They will now not return our calls or help us solve the problem. I understand policy but when we were told it was canceled with no charge only to be charged two weeks later feels wrong. Beware of this hotel and third parties.

My fiancé and I were in town for his drill weekend and this hotel offered the government rate and we were so appreciative. It was clean, roomy, comfortable. Had a lovely fitness center and a restaurant next door. Staff were wonderful and allowed me a late checkout. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful hotel! I thought it was brand new due to the pristine condition and appearance, but it's 3 years old.still relatively new. The care and attention to the entire hotel is evident. Super clean, spacious, efficient, accommodating, and comfortable! All the staff are professional, cheerful, and friendly. The rooms are fantastic with outstanding window coverings, linens, pillows, towels, bathroom amenities, and wonderful coffee! Without a doubt, Holiday Inn has upped their game with this hotel! Totally consistent with the high bar of quality we've come to appreciate with Holiday Inn!

My biggest issue was the pool heater was broken, and each time I mentioned the cold water every desk clerk was surprised.we were there Sunday through Thursday and the jacuzzi and pool heater were broken the entire time. Also pool water was cloudy so pool not well maintained. There is no breakfast. This is a deal breaker for us in ever staying in Holiday inn in the future. Their rates are more expensive than others in the area for less amenities.

Super clean and neat hotel. Only issue was the bathtub: water would not drain during shower and I had to stand in ankle deep water-not an ideal situation at all. Reported issue to front desk staff when I checked out and she apologized and offered a flimsy reason why it happened. Doesn't leave me with the best feeling about my stay.

I've been here 4 times now 3 of them I've woken up stopped up with itchy eyes. If you have problems with allergies look somewhere else.
The place is nice enough.
No free breakfast.
Went to the restaurant once. It took forever and multiple orders were messed up.
You have a great view of the collapsed hotel maps tries to send you to from most of the rooms.
There are definitely worse places to stay at in town though.

When we arrived with our group of 27 high school students, there was no record of our reservation. Fortunately, I had an email with my confirmation. I even received a call from the manager of group sales two days after I made the reservation, asking if everything looked good. When I replied in the affirmative, he said, "okay, great, we will see you then. " The two ladies who told me there was no record of the reservation said the group manager failed to complete the reservation from their end. Over an hour later, they were able to finally piecemeal together the number of rooms we needed, which I appreciated. The group sales manager also told me the restaurant opened at 6: 00 a.m, so we based our itinerary on this information. The next morning we were informed the restaurant opened at 7: 00 a.m. On weekends. This made us scramble at the last minute to get everyone breakfast before we took off for the day. Unbelievable experience which represents bad management. I do not recommend this hotel.
