I have been to all the barbershops in University City. Hollywood Cutz has the best atmosphere, decor, and barbers give hot lather shaves with straight razor. The barber Martin caters to infants and kids haircuts knows how to treat them so they feel comfortable, AWESOME BARBER SHOP!

If you are looking into the salon area to get hair twisted or done up a certain kind of way Don't go to the lady named NU NU.she partially detangled my hair and charged me 25 and told me to come back in a couple days when she told me she was free the whole day and promised another guy that his hair would be done? Now my hair is still partially detangled and not even nowhere near done! I might have to cut all of it off.thanks for nothing!

I took my daughter Kenzie in for a shape up for her birthday. Danny is the best and most kind barber I've ever gotten services from. We were a walk-in and he didn't hesitate to help us. We came in with a photo example and he cut her hair better than the photo. He far exceeded my expectations. He made her feel so comfortable on her first ever professional cut. We will definitely back.

First off, Mr. Martin is a class act and treats all of his customers well. The gentlemen in this shop always leave me feeling impressed how much attention to detail they are at giving me a clean sharp haircut. Nice atmosphere, and very family oriented.

Horrible Service! The Barber Martin has picks and chooses of who he wants to service! I was a first time customer who came into the shop for a haircut. I sat patiently, over a hour for services. I was then skipped in line twice by people who entered the building after I arrived. He told me that "they" had appointments, after sitting over an hour. He could have included that before I waited. I did receive a haircut and it turned out okay. I made a follow up appointment that was then rescheduled multiple times. I accepted a 10am appointment. I was later contacted by Martin via text and Call who asked if I could arrive between 8: 30am-8: 45am. I accepted and showed up at the scheduled time. After driving 30 minutes across town. Martin didn't show up! He contacted me via call and text again and said he would see me at 10am, shortly sending another text saying around 1pm. The barber included he only accepts appointments which seems nearly impossible to set. Do not waste your time with this barber or shop!

Mr. Martin always give out the exact cut you ask for and always keep it professional. Would highly recommend.
