These guys were amazing! I called them this afternoon when I realized my furnace wasn’t working and they worked me in and were here within an hour! Not only did the first guy show up quickly, but another guy came to help, and their boss even stopped by to check in! Beyond excellent customer service and it is obvious that they truly care about people because it is getting quite cold out and it is just before the holiday and they made time for my family! The gentlemen that were here were super nice, professional, and informative! Not only did they work us in and provide excellent service but their safety was impressive too. They discovered my ancient furnace was putting off a TON of carbon monoxide so they shut it down and offered to bring heaters over for us tonight until they could get in here tomorrow. While it’s a huge burden to have to do repairs and replacements, it actually ended up being a blessing in disguise with their carbon monoxide discovery. Thank you so much for all your help! This is an excellent company and deserves more than 5 stars!

We have an older system and keep having issues but each time these guys are ON it! They responded right away, explained what was wrong and were always very respectful. When the time comes to replace everything (and it will come) we will definitely be calling them!

Not the news I wanted to hear, but not surprised as our furnace and air are quite old LOL! Dalton was caring and professional and explained everything to me on what he was doing and why.

Called Home Heating & Plumbing with a hot water problem. Cortlen was quick to contact and swing by and diagnose problem and offer solutions. Part ordered, notified him it arrived, and he swung by within an hour to install in 15 minutes. Cortlen and his assistant are absolute professionals and I would highly recommend Home Heating & Plumbing for all your HVAC and plumbing needs.

I am super blessed that I have the system, maintenance contract with home, heating and air! Today they came out and did my maintenance and found I had a huge carbon monoxide leak. This requires a new heating system, but had I not signed up for the maintenance check I would’ve never known and who knows what could’ve happened to my son and I living in that carbon monoxide any longer!
Edit: 12/01/2022 Home heating and cooling had my new Guardian furnace here and installed a little over 24 hours after diagnosis my leak! Can’t say enough good things about Shauna, Jason, his guys and this company! Highly highly recommend!

Called one day and my system was fixed the next. The guys were very friendly and the cost was considerably lower than other companies wanted to charge me. I will absolutely call them for all my heating and air and plumbing issues

The plumbers are very friendly, professional and neat. They put covers over thier shoes without being asked to.

We are super picky after a few issues at the beginning. We have them come out in spring and fall to check our systems. Today, Oct 16,2023 Dalton came to check our system. He was very mindful of our dogs, very polite and professional. Let me know what he was doing. Also.the company always text when they are on the way and always show up on time. Dalton didn’t just rush through.felt like he checked everything even making sure to rinse the unit so the heat pump wouldn’t have issues.
