We had a problem with our washing machine. The HPC technician analyzed the problem and put the part on order. Yesterday, a young man named Jeremy came to our home with the part and fixed the problem quickly.
He was a courteous and professional gentlemen.

Jeremy came out to replace the timer switch on our oven and did a great job! He was able to figure out how to get to the part, which seemed impossible to me! We will definitely use Home Performance Group again!

I had a severe plumbing issue that another company stated was a collapsed pipe and gave a quote of $4500. Josh came by within a couple of hours, had a look and stated it wasn't a collapsed pipe. Josh and Keegan brought in a water jet drain cleaner and refused to give up. They cleared a significant stoppage and I'm back in business at a fraction of the original quote and didn't have to cut up my basement floor. I can't recommend this company more highly. Thank You!

We had 4 no shows with our warranty company but home performance group llc. Was here on time for our appointment. Technician Evan quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. We would highly recommended them.

My new refrigerator kept blowing my electrical outlet. Shane and Evan came out and would not give up until they found the problem. This Veteran owned company is the best. Being a Disabled Veteran myself I was impressed with how professional and courteous they were. Technician Keegan and Chief both did an excellent job and got my ice maker working perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

Home Performance Group LLC, came out to service my elderly Mom’s refrigerators ice maker, via her Sears home warranty. Darrick and Brandon were professional and courteous. They told us exactly what need to be done to fix the issue.

Thoroughly checked laundry room/basement circuits that went out and made the appropriate diagnosis for equipment replacement with my home warranty co. They got the outlets working and made a request for a breaker replacement. Quick and professional. I liked that they used SMS text updates as to the appointment confirmation, as well as text updates when they would arrive. They were even a little earlier than expected which was appreciated. I recommend.

I used Home Performance Group to fix my refrigerator and plumbing leak in my shower. The technician that had arrived had showed excellent services by identifying the problem and fixing it right away. He was very informative when I had questions and was persistent on fixing it the correct way. I highly recommend him as technician and home performance group kept me in tuned with planning and coordinating the repairs.

Home Performance Group (HPG) was assigned by my home warranty service to fix a cracked old drain pipe. They were prompt and had the same knowledgeable technician, Jeremy, come out and do the work. Even the office staff was on their "A" game! As my warranty service closed the ticket originally thinking the full job was done when it wasn't so the office staff called and talked to me about what needed to happen. Even then they were so helpful in getting this repair done. I am considering using them for potentially other work (main electrical panel update). Definitely know you can count on them to do the work and do it right.
