HomeRun Certified Inspections, LLC reviews
3I emphasize that this company is not worth your business. We hired them to do a home inspection on the purchase of our new home, the inspector went into our attic but didn’t tell us there was fire damage. We found out later when we were having our lighting done. Our contractor opened the attic and noticed the fire damage right away. The owner of the company came out and acknowledged the fire damage that was missed on the inspection report however when asked for a refund for the inspection (as we feel this is something very major that they missed.) The owner rob offered us a $50 refund and a discount to have them do another inspection? Why would we ever want to pay them to do another inspection after they messed up on the original. This felt like a slap in the face. We expressed that we felt that was not an appropriate solution to them missing something so major, and the owner sent my wife a very unprofessional email to me saying they won’t be doing anything to fix their mistake. Just don’t hire them, if the inspector missed a fire; what else would they miss for other homes.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They take their time with you, explain everything thoroughly, and really go the extra mile.
