Hometown Mattress & Furniture Springfield, MO

We recently purchased some new living room furniture with Hometown Furniture and Mattress. Nick was great to work with and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Jacob and River did a great job delivering our furniture and they were both extremely helpful and nice. They also were very careful while moving furniture in and out. I would highly recommend Hometown Furniture and Mattress! They were great to work with and we will be purchasing from them again soon!

We got a sectional and two mattresses from Hometown, and it was excellent customer service from start to finish! They made the process of buying our items so easy! Delivery was superb! Such a great experience. I had been looking for a section al for months and it was just a headache and within minutes of arriving at hometown Jacob pointed out the perfect sectional, got us measurements, and we went from there! I messaged the business page to get the right orientation and color and got immediate response and they were so helpful. Delivery was a must for me and Jacob and River delivered my sectional, helped me move my previous couch and just made the whole experience end on a fantastic note. Everybody was so kind and made the process sooo easy. I highly recommend getting your furniture from hometown!

The guys at Hometown Mattress & Furniture are fantastic! Not only did they have a great selection of great-priced sofas, couches, and chairs, the customer service was top-notch. They loaded up our couch and were even kind enough to help us ratchet-strap it down!

It's worth the trip to check them out! I've looked all over Springfield for nice cash & carry furniture, because we ordered our last living room set. It took a month to get here, was overpriced, & came in the wrong size. I'll never order furniture again. Anyway, this place kept popping up, so I went there to check it out. Randy was super nice, yet left me alone to "shop. " There was no pressure & when I left, he just gave me a card. I called back the next day & Alex answered. He already had my name from Randy & we arranged for me to come get the living room set on a Friday night, before they closed. We were late. They didn't seem to mind & waited for us to arrive. Both Randy & Alex helped us load it & Alex even dealt with us, so we could take home a chair too. Check them out! They're nice, their prices are great, & they have a great selection of living room furniture & mattresses galore!
