We visited for 5 nights on vacation. The staff was always friendly and said hello when playing then in the hall. The outdoor pool was nice and fun. Terry working the breakfast was very energetic making a tasty breakfast!

JUAN M was one of the nicest, most helpful people we’ve ever met. The hotel and its amenities were very nice (even moreso than we expected - comparable to many similar chains) but the service stood out.

Beautiful hotel, with very clean outdoor property, common areas, and rooms. Obviously updated in the past few years
Nice would definitely visit again sometime soon

We stayed at this location while attending a wedding weekend for a close friend in the area. The rooms were above average in size and very clean. The beds were comfortable but not as comfortable as some of the other Hilton Brands we have stayed at over the years. Great quiet area to stay in about 30 min from STL Airport.

Refrigerator/freezer smelled like something died in it. So the food i put in the fridge smelled horrible the next morning. Housekeeping thought it was ok to wake me up at 845 am to see if I was ready to check out. Not happy. The luggage carts are rusted out. The only saving grace was the breakfast and front desk staff was amazing.

Terry in the morning at breakfast was amazing! Every morning he was so up beat and took such good care of us! Rooms were crisp and clean, I'll be back next week!

To Whom It May Concern:

I believe in giving honest and transparent feedback. I am Hilton Honors member and we stay at Hilton branded Hotels when we travel. My family and I called the Homewood Suites Hilton Hotel in Chesterfield home for a little over a month and 2 1/2 weeks. During our stay there again we considered home away home while our house was being renovated.
Gabby was our first point of contact and she was truly a pleasure to work with and meet upon our arrival. Great personality and great customer service. There was a Hispanic front desk supervisor that was there the day we check in and he was not at all polite or very friendly. Throughout the first couple weeks his attitude was very u professional and occasional he would loon at guest with a sense of disgust. I spoke to the sales manager about his behavior and he informed me he was not going to be an employee there much longer as he was already leaving and apologized about his behavior on their behalf. The sales manager was very friendly he sat down and spoke with us during the social Back to the experience. So the sales manager was very nice. During our extended stay we had several issue with the house keeping. Several times we did not have our room cleaned requested or on scheduled times. We were given bogus claims about our dogs that were always caged and never out. Our animals met with staff and we were complimented how well bagged they were, etc.please keep in mind we had 1 big 60lb dog and 1 small 6-7lb dog. When I spoke to the housekeeping supervisor she was very rude and unprofessional. I can not stress how unprofessional she was. She had an attitude and it was un caused for. She acted as if she took it personal when I asked about the room not being cleaned. It got to the point she lied in her staff staying a certain staff member was scared of the dogs so just didn’t go in. Not knowing that this particular staff member had already met our dogs and cleaned our room once before initially. She went so far as to put notes on the account lying to stay the 3 time our dogs were loose the day I again personally requested our room to be clean because it was not cleaned and skipped for 2 weeks no clean linens or nothing in the bed. When we got back the dogs were locked as they were when we left and no poop of course on the floor. So how could they have been loose who went into the room to lock them back and why didn’t we receive a call, etc. I have not met a more unprofessional supervisor working at a Hilton hotel. I’ve been so much as to hear her and how she speaks to her staff during a staff meeting. I was in the dinning hall on my laptop and she was having a meeting and she was talking to her staff so rudely and as if they were children. It made me cringe to hear her speaking to them that way. I can not see how that location can keep staff working under her with her unprofessionalism.

The hotel manager was informed at the end of our stay and he apologized. He seems nice and professional but I was just not pleased with how things turned out with our cleanliness.

The breakfast was definitely the highlight! Mr. Terry is phenomenal! He is the best hotel breakfast host I have ever dealt with. His personality is a joy to experience. He makes you feel welcome and he serves you all by himself and cleans. His kitchen area is super clean and he is just wonderful! I see how the guest daily would enjoy him and thank him. He served breakfasts Mon-Fri.

Saturday and Sunday is the complete opposite. I have never had such poor service and professionalism from hotel staff. It got to the point we stopped coming down to eat break on the weekend. The staff there is two ladies that work it, are rude. They don’t speak to you at all. They never great you and they have attitudes. The one African American lady stays on her cell phone in plain sight or is talking on her phone on the floor on her ear piece. The kitchen is dirty they don’t clean as they go but the fact that they don’t speak to you is so rude and unpleasant and I know it’s not the Hilton way to treat customers.

So… when I read the reviews about the great customer service I thought they had to be friends trying to help them out. NOPE! These people were AWESOME! Everyone my family encountered was kind and helpful. I have never received this kind of treatment from hotel staff ever. They were genuinely kind and happy to help. It was clean and well kept. Pool was a bit chilly for me, but the kids found it refreshing. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff was very friendly, but did not follow policies for housekeeping, nor were the common areas in hotel kept in sanitary condition. For our room, posted signs in the lobby stated a customer could request housekeeping service 24 hours in advance. After staying there for one night, we requested our room get cleaned for the following reasons. When we arrived, the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, the pullout couch had crumbs in it, and the linens for the pullout had been previously used. When we pulled out the bedside table to use the electrical outlet, there were significant dust bunnies. No one ever came to clean our room. As we were checking out, I overheard the lead staffer (meeting in the lobby) state “even though they requested a cleaning, the haven’t been here for enough days, so just don’t do it. ”

The rest of the hotel was in a constant state of overall mess with dirty floors and surfaces, trash bags piled in the stairwell and overflowing trash in the breakfast area.

I would not recommend.

Beautiful hotel with friendly, professional staff but the hotel is not well maintained. My room was filthy. The pull out couch had candy
wrappers and crumbs in it. The tub had trash in it. The ceiling fan had tons of dust on jt and there was blue paint on paint on the door frame. Oh and some kids got trapped in the elevator.

We recently stayed at here for a dance competition in April. The staff was kind, and quick to address any needs/concerns. The breakfast was great and on the day of our checkout the gentleman serving breakfast was amazing. He was friendly, quick to help, kept everything well stocked. The gentleman who checked us in was also very friendly. We brought our dog with us and he panicked when we left him. The staff was quick to let me know, but also offered a solution to help. (Not something they needed to do) overall everything was wonderful!

Nice, updated, modern, clean hotel with great staff. Nothing feels dated or used. Having a kitchenette is great. Full size refrigerator. Comfortable beds, good size rooms. Allows pets.

Everyone was exceptionally nice and friendly! Our family had a great experience at the Homewood Suites. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! The best part of breakfast is Terry, he is a ray of sunshine! He is super friendly and always helpful.
Thank you to the entire, friendly staff. I highly recommend Homewood Suites in Chesterfield.

Nice location and newly renovated. My parents just stayed here last week and they enjoyed it for the price it was great. My only issue was while visiting them I ran into a maid who was not wearing a mask while in the hallways. Makes me wonder how they are keeping up a high standard of cleanliness durning this whole pandemic when the person responsible for cleaning rooms isn’t following protocol and could be infecting every room they clean.

Nice place, friendly staff. Clean and we'll maintained rooms.
Hand sanitizer kept at all entry/exit spots.
There was a limited well packed breakfast being offered during our stay (pandemic times!).
The lobby area is beautiful, although we didn't get to see or use it much. There are other amenities like the pool and fitness center we didn't get to access due to pandemic limitations.
Located close to many restaurants and interstate.
No doubt, would recommend this place.
