Homewood Suites by Hilton Springfield Medical District

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Hilton it was clean, comfortable, accommodating, service was great, location was good, affordable would recommend it to anyone and will stay there again in the future when in Springfield area, loved it and thank you.

Clean and great accommodations, modern and spacious rooms, the staff was super friendly and attentive

Top floor, quiet, effort made to stifle noise and darkening shade.
However, we placed socks, towels etc around to reduce light pollution.microwave light, switch light at sink, charging station lights.

My experience at this hotel was one of worst I’ve had. This hotel does not have their license for alcohol after being open for over a year. I park up front with my car. I got asked to move my car because people complain. I walked out to my car to get something a young white lady saw me then I got asked to move my car. I’m a black male that retired from the military and have been a Hilton Gold member for over 10 years. Apparently gold status means nothing when it comes to the color of your skin. Also they staff gives you that cold shoulder when they interact with you. If your a person of color stay at a different Hilton.
This is the only Hilton that has given me any issues in over 10 years. Must be because it’s in the middle of Missouri because everywhere else l have been at has appreciate their customers. Stay at a different Hilton!

This is a really nice hotel and great location. We did have a problem with the bedding cleanliness and the dishwasher not being clean for the 1st room they put us in but they changed us immediately and made things right. Everything was nice.

This appears to be a new hotel. The rooms are large, very clean and up to date. There is a kitchenette and couch. The TV is large. I've stayed at a few Hilton's lately and this was one of the few where the digital key worked and every time. The beds and pillows are comfortable. There is extra bedding inside the closet. I was also surprised to see a full-size fridge. You could definitely live out of this room for an extended stay. The breakfast is hot and decent. It appears there are scrambled eggs one day and omelettes the next. The meat rotated with linked sausage, sausage patties and Polish sausage. The breakfast times are deceiving. I recently stayed at another Hilton and about missed breakfast because the app says breakfast is from 6: 00 a.m. To 10: 00 when actually it's only open 6: 00 to 9: 00 on the weekdays and 7 to 10: 00 on the weekends. I walked down at 9: 00 a.m. On a weekday just as they were closing things up. Fortunately they opened and I got the leftovers. This is something that really needs to be fixed. If you trust the app, it says this time for every hotel, 6: 00 a.m. To 10: 00.

Great hotel! Restaurants close by. Very clean. Everyone was friendly. We couldn't believe how many people were at breakfast given how quiet it was at night. Pet friendly and lots of place to walk the dog.

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. I was traveling on business, and found this hotel to be the best overall experience out of 30+ Hilton Hotel stays in the past 12 months. From the fitness center, to the rooms and the staff is great.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, motels and all of thee above. But this one, was a bit more luxurious than some of the other ones. I paid about 170 bucks, the room was above average in size and extremely well taken care of. The shower could have fit a small social event and either the people on the 5th floor was just quiet or it had some great soundproofing. I was not a fan of their brand of soap, it was a bit more earthy. And their breakfast wasn't anything to call home about, but it got the job done. I love using their digital key so I had no interaction with the staff, but they were always smiling. I would say, yes if you had the option to stay here.

Stuck up atmosphere that don't give you a 2nd glance when they see you have a few stains on your background

Absolutely beautiful and clean environment! Housekeeping was spectacular and super helpful employees. Definitely will stay again! My kids loved how the housekeeping staged their stuffed animals on the couch and my sons spider man that he played with in the shower was hanging onto the shower door they loved it!

Great hotel. Clean. Modern. Free breakfast. Kitchenette in the room. It’s exactly what you would want in a hotel room. Oh, and all the staff members we interacted with were nice, too.

My husband, myself and our 2 children stayed one night for a funeral. Check in and out was smooth and simple. The lobby and other common areas were clean. Our king room was clean and quite nice. I thought the bed was comfortable, but my husband disagreed. The breakfast was average, however they made bacon to order for a few children who asked and I thought that was very nice.

Love coming to Homewood Suites! The staff are always friendly and the rooms are always nice!
