Ask for salesperson Dupree Alexander-Hayes! He was the best - listened, showed me vehicles that would fit my needs, and answered all my questions. I left with a new Honda Civic! His follow through after the sale has also been great! I’m not as happy with the Financing department and am still waiting on documents I was assured would be sent when I inquired, but Dupree has been great.

They were friendly and professional. Austin and Micheal worked quickly to get us into the car we picked, and we were pleased by the whole experience.

My boyfriend & I bought a car from here, last weekend, and everyone that we met on the team was fantastic. Jon was great, worked quickly, and answered all of our questions we had on a few different vehicles. He took his time showing us all of the cool features in our new car, and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of during our entire buying & trade in process.
Mike helped us with the paperwork and was thorough, but helped with making sure the process was as quick and painless as possible.
They have a fantastic team and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy or sell.

Found a truck that I fell in love with, got in contact with the dealership specifically Jon and work out a time to meet. (Monday) We met and discussed payments and whatever else that needed to be talked about with Jon and sales manager Josh. Was in contact with dealership every day until Thursday, we got the loan and check in my hand. Arrived at dealership and found out they sold the truck out from under me. Stated multiple times in the process that they could hold the truck for me but when asked was denied and told they could not. General Sales manager has a very big ego, dissmisive and rude. 10/10 would not recommend this dealership they will do you dirty, every time.

I purchased a used car and they informed me they were missing both car keys after I made all payments and signed all the papers. NEVER mentioned anything about it before. Kept postponing keys delivery date. Fours months in I still don’t have my car keys. Will update this review when I get it and see how long it will eventually take.

Wasn't pleased at first my husband meet with someone and agreed to come back the next day to buy but the sales person he talked to didn't show up after saying he would be there instead Bailey took over our sale and was very knowledgeable able to make our experience fun and easy thanks to her we have a new truck that we love

Horrible experience! Service people had video proof of window not working and didn’t do anything. I had to drive all the way from Lake of The Ozarks with my window down and got upset with me when I expressed that it was wrong. Will probably never do business here again wow.

Do NOT buy here! Purchased a used car, pressured by sales with people waiting to buy - assured it was inspected and safe to drive - LIARS, brakes went out and had to have rotors and pads in a week, plus other things.

My new car wouldn't start 48 hours after taking it home. Spent 19 days driving a rental the manager was supposed to be covering, but did not, and is now avoiding phone calls. I wasn't in debt before I went to buy a car here, now I can't make the first payment because I owe $1000 in rental car fees.

Honda of Jefferson City services are the worst of any auto dealer I have ever experienced. I recently took my Honda Odyssey there and they were twice unable to correctly diagnose and fix an obvious oil leak that was causing the engine to smoke. They first told me that my van's power steering pump was broken and then after failing to fix the problem they said the oil pan was leaking. They charged me over $1,500 and the oil leak problem only worsened. I afterwards took my van to Costom Complete Automotive in Jefferson City and they promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I honestly would never recommend Honda of Jefferson city to anyone. What a scam!

Take the car to your mechanic before finalizing the sale. They sold me a car that had issues, and refused to fix it stating that I signed “As of no warranty “. I thought this was a big dealership who wouldn’t do that but I guess they are something else now. Lesson learnt: (

Brought them a 22k low end-28k high end dollar car they claimed it needed 2k in work between brakes tires and windshield. I agree on this. They offered 14k. Said they could only make 1k profit at that price. In fact they would of made 6k plus. And wouldn’t meet at my very generous offer of 16k. That’s a rip off I would recommend seeing a different dealership for trade in or resale. Brandon was salesman. Originally tried to tell me car tires are 250 a piece in fact everyone knows there not unless your putting the best of the best performance tire on which isn’t the case in dealership resales. Wasted my time after through message claiming they could possibly give me 17k for car before I showed up. (I dropped to 16k for brake repair) moral of story there very unethical and don’t do right for there customers. It’s sad some people I know will be taken advantage of by this business that lack knowledge of there cars value and they will hop on that with these low offers hoping you accept and they cash out on you.

Bought a car from here opted out of the warranty within a few days it started dying at stop lights. Took it back to them and they fixed it even though I opted out of the warranty. Highly recommend very professional
