I called Honest Abe’s Home Service because I was having a breaker problem and the same day I called them they sent out a very nice gentleman by the name of Logan Heisz. Logan would be a technician that I would recommend to anyone as he is very knowledgeable about the work that he does and he is also a very friendly gentleman to speak with and will listen to you. I recommend Honest Abe’s Home Service if you need any electric work done.

Cruise was extremely helpful. On time, polite and knowledgeable. Signed up with their annual plan, good value. Mike was so helpful with our air conditioner… he explained what he was doing every step of the way and updated me on the progress. Very timely and polite. Overall a GREAT experience.

Tim Woody came out for us today, for an inspection and another estimate to get a new heating system. Our last appraisal from another company was 25,000. Yikes. Well Today Tim really gave us a breath of fresh air and got us set up for almost HALF of what our initial cost was. Saved us $10,000 in the long run. We’re scheduled to get it all installed at the beginning of next week. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to Tim and all the Honest Abe’s crew

Rule of thumb. If you need to advertise you are honest then your work isn't speaking for itself.

Heard nothing but bad things about them from other porfessionals in the business. The have quotas and will try to sell you things you don't need to meet that quota.

Charged a stupid amount to tell us they couldn't fix didly squat.

I had 2 issues, leaky main shutoff and clogged kitchen drain. They explained what would be done and what the cost would be. Repairs were done in a timely fashion. They cleaned up when finished. Good job, ty guys.

Had a time sensitive situation installing a new dishwasher and Shane was able to get right over and finish the job right away. He was professional & polite - would recommend!

Started out great, troubleshooting. He was professional til the end. Needed a payment plan, was told a soft inquiry but after I was denied found it was a hard inquiry on credit score. I asked twice before. Therefore I will not recommend them.

Although they got my first name wrong, they were at my residence at the time they said they would. They gave me several options to fix my issue. Robby was friendly, polite and professional.

My HVAC went out over a week ago, gave them a call and they had someone out pretty quickly. They made this so easy. The installers were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. They were in and out and didn’t make a ton of loud noises while I was working. This was the best service I have ever experienced. They got me scheduled and even gave me a portable air conditioner to keep my family comfortable before the install. Great customer service.
