14Wasn't happy about soda I paid 2 and a 1/2 for Diet Coke and they charge me 50 cents for a refill probably won't go back
They will nickel and dime you. They’ll charge you for to-go containers in store.
Also, sauce is always overflowing the to-go containers in the drive-thru.
Don't order anything with sweet and sour sauce because these people think carrots go in the sauce. The crab Rangoon tastes like chive or onion. Not good at all. Go next door to golden palace where they know what there doing. Total waste of money
I always get my Chinese food from here. The quality is excellent and the price is good for what you get. I would definitely recommend eating here.
My voice has been recognized in the drive thru speaker before because I went so many times. A true Gem of Springfield.
Way overpriced for what you receive. The food quality is poor and there is no bang for your buck. I don't know what they are thinking selling their food at these prices. I got a Dr. Pepper and a cashew chicken combo plate. This cost $12.12. That's too much for one person, especially for Chinese food. I used to like going here, but with the price hikes and quality of food going down, it's not worth it anymore.
Until COVID-19 arrived - it was our Go-To place for takeout 6+ times a month for over 16 years…. But when COVID-19 hit, so did Greed. Price rises more than 3x, even though their business actually Tripled and more, remolding was done which is great, but it is no longer a place for great food at a reasonable price for a small family on a fixed income. Before our family of 3 ate and had leftovers for under $32. Currently upon posting this - the exact order is over $45 and portion size is down.
Used to get food here regularly. Unfortunately today was my last day because I pulled a very long hair from my mouth that had been embedded in the rice. I have a pixie cut, so no.it was not my own hair. I can understand a bad day, the food not meeting the usual standards, but when hygiene becomes factor, I'm done. Hadnt eaten here in a while, and service has declined drastically.
I would say that my service was a no-star because I didn't get part of my foodAnd whenever I called back the owner Told me he packed the order his self and it was in the bag. Have a nice day i would not recommend eating here.
Went through the drive thru and got lo mein combination noodles the girl at the window was very rude did not want to do her job that was an obvious and then on top of that my needles were tipped over in my bag so sauce was all in the bag everywhere. I made a call to the manager I'm already on my job site he tells me to bring the food back in so I could show him how messy it was. Now there's other places in Springfield that serve the same thing that I will be eating at and not their location at all. I just might happen to open my own Hong Kong in just to see them lose money.
If there was any way to give this establishment a shottier review.then it would most certainly be called for. We ordered a cashew chicken daily special, a sweet and sour chicken daily special, and an order of crab rangoon. The total came out to be about $25. The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken was so hard it was comparable to jerky.and the flavor was even worse. I could go on telling you how unprofessional the customer service was returning the meal for a refund. However, I think I've made made my point. Don't go to this establishment expecting to get even halfway decent food. Save yourself some trouble and just go to another location, or even another establishment for that matter.you won't regret it.
I'm pretty sure the chicken was either rancid or almost there. Owner was rude and argumentative; wasn't even going to ask for a refund until that.
I've had a ton of other experiences here that were super good, but hadn't been back for a couple years; sad to see it's declined.
Usually get my food on glenstone and never had any bad. They were closed and went down kearny street food wasnt as good.
