I have been to the Fenton location many times and just wanted to say how helpful the employees are. I have been working on a kitchen for over a year, plans changed and there have been many bumps in the road, but Abby has been there to help me every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with any issues I am having. I orginally started with a different designer which is why I had some issues. I sure wish I would have had Abby from the start.

And then there is Al! I have had the pleasure of speaking with him many times as well and he is always very friendly and willing to give me advise on whatever project I am doing.

Great job on finding quality employees Hoods! We all know that is not the easiest thing to do in todays world.

I ordered handles for cabinets, they told me it’d be delivered in a couple days. 2 weeks went by and we contacted this company asking where it is, they said they never even placed the order in the first place.we asked for a refund, and they agreed.but instead of refunding the total they charged us AGAIN.charged twice.wasted weeks of my time waiting around with no handles.

They don't check inventory before sale you will probably have to go to one of their other stores to get what you thought you were buying there had this happened twice sales people dont care if you buy or not. Good luck if you dare

Very helpful Even though I not knowingly showed up at closing time and stayed about 45 minutes they were very patient and didn’t rush me out of the store.

Bought loads of stuff here. Great prices, great service. Brought all the hardwood and kitchen and bath tiles here.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Some of their products like baseboards and crown looked a bit torn up but the prices were reasonable.
