Waitress totally forgot we were there. Didn't get last drink or dessert and had to beg the bartender for our check

Late dinner with the family. Typical Hooters nothing special. Bartender was new so the drinks were not good but the wings are always a fav.

Just got a pickup order and was less than impressed. Wings had zero flavor- order Buffalo medium. Quesadilla had no lettuce or tomato as described in menu. Chili was the best thing we had today. Maybe it was just an off day, but the food was pretty poor.

Service was bad. Screwed up the orders. Missing items and added items that we didn't order.

The waitress was awesome (Julia marie). She seemed a bit uncomfortable at first.but relaxed later, she was having a bad day.apparently the cook screamed at her and embarrassed her in front of the customers. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Other than that, was a pleasant visit. Might want to remind your off duty servers that its a restaurant and not a rave club.there were a few getting pretty rowdy and standing in the walkway.got a dirty smirk when i asked to get by.

Food was awesome and our service was great! Our server Mariah was fantastic and we had a great time!

Horrible, horrible, horrible establishment and management. If you care about your health and not getting sick after eating food or drinking beer, then go somewhere else, visited recently had an absolutely terrible experience, pretty sure we got alcohol poisoning from the beer or something from the wings, the wings were under cooked and pathetically small. Absolutely the worst Hooters and the manager is a total tool, didn’t even attempt to make the situation right, didn’t even offer to take anything off the bill and we’re forced to pay for our entire meal that we were not able to eat because it was absolutely disgusting, the wings smelled like turpentine, and don’t bother making a response and saying that you will address management because clearly with the past reviews you don’t and haven’t done anything to rectify the situation has been happening for years and for some reason you are retaining horrible people who should not be in management and running a restaurant year after year after year. Clearly, the problem is not management, but ownership, we will celebrate the day this place goes out of business because it’s days are numbered

Normally they get a five-star rating. However, at this time I only had to give four stars. It wasn't even their fault. The grill had a gas leak and a guy shut down. I was kind of bummed. I really wanted a burger but I said all for some good wings

$95 and the only thing that got ordered tonight that was actually good was the pretzel bites and the original style wings. The girls were wearing normal v neck long sleeve t shirts with cheeky style shorts, definitely not the hooters I remember.

Relaxing atmosphere. Love my bartender, Halee! Very tentative and friendly, definitely an asset and money maker for the company. Great food, too. Crab legs, shrimp, and wings, I'll be back for more, soon!

Hooter normally preps the food in a professional manner. Today was very embarrassing for the customer and postmates. See below the food that was delivered. I called the manager and they could not validate what was sent out from their organizations. I will tell you for 75 and the food is burnt and the fries was not in the order it speaks for itself. If you want your food made and done right go in and get your order. I requested refund from post mates and will never use their services again for the pictures attached below.

The wings are always good and the service is even better because I tried ordering online but their computers were acting up and so the bartender took my order was very helpful and polite

The food was good as well as a great waitress Felicia, you were so attentive. I enjoyed most of my experience until close to the end when these two gentlemen came in. I was watching TV behind them and they were watching the one above me. As we were watching different shows, it was great until the manager Christian came over to the gentlemen's table and changed the TV behind them that I was watching. The two gentlemen apologized as they did not request the TV to be changed.
I just hope in the future they learn to acknowledge all customers and pay attention as it was very rude.

No one dressed to code. Took my son and his wife to expect the kind of service I had 15 years ago, very disappointing. Only one waitress and she was in sweatpants and a sweatshirt

Had the boneless wings. With hot being the sauce. Was really good. Service was great as well

Food was cold when delivered to our table. It took forever to get our food even though the place wasn't busy. Since having to pay $90 to eat here at least the food could be warm.

Most of the staff was very vocal about quitting, but the food is what you expect from this chain.
