Hooters, Springfield MO

The food was delicious, but specifically-Chloe seated us and she was so sweet to our 5 year old daughter. She asked her questions and just chatted with her. My little girl is very outgoing and her heart was so happy because of it. She said Chloe "filled up her bucket". 10 stars to her in a world where it's so easy to be impersonal. Thank you!

Had a good experience last time I was here. This time was not the same. My waitress barely acknowledged my friend and I. Waited forever for every single thing. Even to pay for our check. She seemed more invested on talking to the men around us, not even asking how our food was. Very disappointed, hope to not get her again, if we come back. Her name was Trinity, if I’m correct

Management seems to be the problem. I ordered 30 wings and the lady asked me did I want 15 and 15 or 20 and 10. I said which ever makes sense. She said she not gonna DO MY JOB! N Hung up!

If they had a manager servers wouldn't feel like they can say n do anything

Decent Sports Bar that's busy! Good selection of drinks, attentive waitresses with minimal clothing, and lots of televisions with a wide variety of sports playing. Food selection isn't much! Bar food, cheeseburgers, wings, etc. Good for GUYS!

The service was great. The ladies were dressed for the holiday. The fries are made with real potatoes. Not processed like most fast food chain fries. I had the build your own burger which was excellent. And the chicken tenders and the philly cheese steak. All were excellent. But those fries will keep me coming back.

I never really wanted to go here because of the stigma surrounding the establishments customers. I finally made a stop here and had the Hooters Original Wings, and they beat out every other chicken wing that I have had! I have become addicted to these wings and often get the Buffalo Sampler appetizer as my meal.

Highly dissatisfied with the whole service. Took about 10 minutes to even be greeted. Ordered one drink and an appetizer in about 15 minutes. Chips were oily. Cheese wasn’t melted. Our server never told us when last call was and denied us another drink at 10: 35 when the bar closes at 11. Manager was a joke when I asked about it. Told me he wasn’t trained. Still tipped the server over 20%. Real mad though lol.

I used to frequent hooters all the time, For 9 years, And then on my birthday, 2019, I was served with a glass with spit in it, My server said it was my drink, So I drank it, She came back and Seen that my glass was empty, And said that I was disgusting, I haven't been to that place since

I have always took my son to Hooters since he was 7. For his birthday because that's what he request for dinner! Hooter girls have always been so sweet! Well this year they went above and beyond to make him have an amazing experience! Thank you Ladies! He is now 12! Service and food was amazing! Thank you Hooter Girls!

The place was clean and we'll lit. The staff greeted us immediately. Our order was taken and arrived exactly as taken. We left very happy, thank you!

The wings are great. Went there for lunch two days in one week and both times they were cooked well and service was nice.

Good service, no wait, friendly staff and order correct as ordered. The food was hot and good but priced a bit higher than I expected, will only go back if a special occasion to celebrate.

We come in every month when my husband comes off the road, and we love Courtney. She's our favorite server, and her customer service skills are top notch. Her smile has brightened my day every time we come in. I only gave 4 stars for this review because I was a little concerned that although the servers wear their hair down (I get why), the cooks who have long beards should be wearing a beard guard/net. When we come in next month, I will be looking for that.

Emilee served my friend and I and was SO SO SO sweet and accommodating! Although she had a lot of other tables, she was super efficient and helped us as if we were her only customers. Super polite staff!: D

Hubby enjoyed lunch so much he's possibly going to celebrate his birthday here! Great hamburgers and the smoked wings are amazing!

William provides great service. I deliver for several platforms, and he is always professional kind courtious. It goes a long way.

All perviness aside, the food was really good, disappointed at the hype of the heat, the spicy garlic definitely isn't all that hot for heat lovers. Overall this was a good short stop with me and a couple close people. Angelica was awesome.

Impressive.the first time I have ever been greeting at a Hooters as if I was a celebrity! The waitress’s are amazing and they ensure you receive the best experience. Food is great!

Takes forever to get served or refills. Last 4 visits were all the same. Food is good when you get it. Dont ask for a refill or desert. Thats another 2p min wait. Cooks are killing this place. Way too slow.
