17 The waitresses and bartenders are always 10 on service. Very polite and punctual, good chat, good happy attitude. That's awesome. The perfect 10 Marg is exactly that, too. Amazing. Fantastic Marg.
However, each time, the food is subpar. Nothing raw or cooked wrong just, not great. Couldn't do 4 stars with the state of the food everytime we have gone.
Took my crew out for for dinner. Service was great. Food was horrible. Worst chicken I have had in a very long time. And very expensive for what you get. Won't be back
I have been to hooters many times before once in st Louis. Wichita KS and springfield mo. I went there twice tonight first time ordered the tots and chili. Mine was fine. My girlfriend ordered fried pickles and the wings. The pickles were dry and nasty. I asked for the BBQ sauce for wings to be poured over top of wings. They didn't. Just left it on the side. They said they couldnt do it because it was a carry out order.however I work in retail qnd customer is always right. However went back and got 3 more bowls of chili. The chili is awesome. I really want to give a big thank you to Natasha. Not only is she very beautiful qnd friendly she took very good care of me. I would have loved to have my picture taken with her.if I knew I would have not gotten in trouble I would have left her a 50 dollar tip as she was running wild. Thank you Natasha.you are the bomb
Love Hooters and 2 years later, I will never return. The manager Sam, she sat at the counter and did nothing. Jasmine, my waitress, left me unattended, did not refill my beverage, food grew cold waiting on her. Horrible experience.
I haven't said this about a Hooters in a long time. The food was delicious. The Service could have had a few more smiles.but not a deal breaker.
Girls were nice as could be, the wings were absolutely amazing and the alcohol choices were great as well.
I was just passing through town on a 10-hour road trip and thank goodness I got Alex as my waitress told her I would be easy in and out customer she she giggled got my order right food came out fast took care of me got my bill and I was out of there would have loved to stay there longer I wish every restaurant had an Alex nice clean place good customer service
It was just ok. Service and food was just ok. Nothing exceptional just a place to watch a game and have some wings.
Orders a salad and it could have been better so easily. They need to include some romaine lettuce. Just iceberg lettuce is not very good.
Food was not done, all sides were cold, and when I tried to explain to the manager all she said was "oh I'm not going to discount all your food" nobody asked her to I was simply giving her feedback however she was so rude about the whole situation I will never come back or suggest anyone come to there establishment. Don't waste your time!
My waitress was great and food was hot and fresh, even when I came in at 10 pm. I was sat w a smile, my glass stayed full and who doesn't love fresh hooter wings!? !?
Delicious food, great service. This was my first time visiting Hooters and I'll gladly say that I was not disappointed in the least. I'll be eating there again in the future when the opportunity presents itself.
Foods pretty good. Met friends and had a good time. This place has a bunch of college girls here who are cute and flirty. Careful guys. They are fun and chatty but will break your heart.
Nice friendly place. Typical your hooters wings. I recommend it.
Just remember to tip your waitresses
I didn't dine in, I had a take home order. But the smoked wings with the Texas bbq rub were absolutely fantastic. I was a little uncomfortable with the uniforms that the waitresses have to wear but I guess that's what Hooters is all about.
I'll start by saying the staff was very friendly. I ordered take out for dinner, 2 orders of 10 wings and a side of fries. This was 50 bucks! When I got home and opened the bag, my spicy garlic wings had no sauce at all, and I maybe got a handful of fries. Such a rip off. I will not return. Buffalo wild wings is way better.
