Girl who seated me was racist she sit me with the other white people while she took care of her hispanic people even I requested a different seat? The girl that did wait on me was great and the food was good! I don't like being denied a seat nobody was sitting in if i ask for it!

Food was suppose to be ready at 6: 45 I arrived about 6: 48pm they said that it wasn't ready yet. No problem. About 8 minutes later she came out with three boxes, in which one had food on the outside of the box. I open up the boxes to check for correctness only to find that my fries were hard and cold, the chicken was lukewarm, and the shrimp was completely over cooked and barely warm. All this for 35.xx dollars. I was very disappointed. I will not be ordering here again.

Waitress never came back after she brought food to the table. Waited for 15 minutes after done eating for bill. Then Waited another 10 minutes for her to come back to pay. Restaurant was not busy. Waitresses were sitting at table eating and on their phones. I leave tips based on service not food. I still tipped 18% but service was not worth a tip. Should stay off phones and attend to patrons. Visited 6/19/22 around 3pm.

Don’t come here. It’s a Monday night at 7pm and there is maybe 4 other tables with people at them. It took us 5 min to meet our waitress in the first place. When she finally emerged she knew basically nothin about the menu. We ordered fried pickles and onion rings to start and I got a soda for boyfriend a water. She brought those back and the appetizers in fairly quickly. We then ordered ALOT of food. The onion rings were horribly burnt there was hardly even a shriveled onion. Obviously I know that means it will take a while BUT to not even check on us? For 40 MINUTES she walked around the store testing remotes to tvs and didn’t come to ask how our appetizers were, refill our drinks. She didn’t check on anyone and it was not even slightly busy in there. My boyfriend finally got up to go ask someone for water and got so fed up trying to find anyone just told me to get the car we paid the bill and left. Her name was hailey I believe: horrible seevice

They are too busy or seriously under staffed but AIR CONDITION would help them out alot. Severely hot in the place! Got a refund

Server was amazing, very accommodating considering her work conditions. Food took too long, A/C was off on a 106° day, the girls were suffering. New management wanted!

Very poor service called in to place an order.thet got the order wrong/ manager said the person I spoke to lied to me. Then proceeded to do a "refund" and to do to so they had to charge the card again but the first charge wouldn't go forward due to being withn a time frame. Checked bank statement and they did process both payment.

Our server Savannah comes over to greet us, after waiting a bit to be sat and get drinks. We didn’t mind waiting, we ordered and asked for a drink other than a water, the cup was very dirty.not her fault at all so we dismissed that. We received our appetizer and the tots were fine. We waited over an hour for our entrées and everyone around us got food even door dash drivers, we were never told it would be out shortly or even checked in on. I hate writing bad reviews but I’ve never received this sort of service. So we left money on the table and left and never received any of the food that was ordered.

Called ahead to make sure they had crab legs. They said yes, so we went. Ordered and waited 55 minutes before the waitress came back and said they were out of crab legs. Seriously? It’s the only reason we went there! They could have at least comped our appetizer and drinks. But no. Very disappointing experience.

If you like your fish fillets dripping in Greece even after you get the grease off drip some more then go to this Hooters in order the fish

Out of the first two beers I tried to order. Drank my 1st beer waiting on my food. Ate my food then spent 20min waiting on my 2nd beer. Didn't get my second beer till 40min after the first.

Arrived at 6: 45 on a Saturday and told a 20-25 minute wait. Waited for over an hour with only seven (yes we counted) tables filled in the entire restaurant and five servers plus two runners. Waited forever on food to be served and was limited to two beers due to how slow it was. Never had this experience there in the past and likely will not visit again as the manager sat at the bar eating most of this time. Servers were nice enough but needed leadership. Most people waiting left so it's really the servers and ownership that lost out.

New drink restrictions make it hard to have fun for a guys night. After two tall beers you have to have small the rest of the night. After two doubles on singles rest of the night. Service was still good if you just want to drop in to eat.

Was very surprised of the good food. Everything was good including the service. I
don't normally go to places like this, but I will come back here again.

Went here for lunch on 2/22/2022, restaurant only had about 8 customers. I was sat and never received any service. 20 minutes I waited. Got up and left. I won't return to this location. Godspeed

My wife and I stopped in after going to the movies on a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was not busy and we were seated at a table.
Soon a girl came over and took our drink order, and that was it. We sat there for 15 minutes while workers kept walking by or standing around talking to other customers very poor service, it will be a very long time before I think about going back.
