Blake and his staff at Horizon are friendly and welcoming when you enter their shop, it is clean and well organized. Quick and efficient is what comes to mind with their bike maintenance and repair. I had them build a custom hardtail for me, it turn out great!

Guys in the shop are very professional and very knowledgeable. They have been able to complete basic tune up and a chain replacement in a day (drop off around lunchtime day one and got a call say bike was ready just after lunch on day two). I know that the turn around time has lots of variables but I have been impressed the times that I have taken my bike to have work done. They also have a good selection of new bikes if you are in that market.
