Hotel Grand Victorian, Branson MO

We loved our stay.everything was perfect.the pool.hottub.the people.the room.we will definitely stay here again.

The place is nice. Staff was helpful and very polite. Definitely a place I will bring my kids to stay. Had a 5th floor view of everything, very beautiful. Thank you for our stay.

We had a great time here and the continental breakfast was EXCELLENT! A huge variety of breakfast foods, hot and cold! Fresh cut fruit, eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy, juices, great coffee, waffles.etc. Great experience, would definitely stay there again

This was our second stay here. We absolutely love this Victorian style hotel! It’s super clean, beautiful and comfortable! Breakfast is great with plenty of good food & coffee with an assortment of creamers. Only complaint is gym isn’t the best but at least they have one.

Everything was wonderful, the room, service, pool hot tub, really enjoyed our stay.thumbs up.

A classic old hotel. The rooms are clean and some even have a small balcony.
Restroom was small but functional.
Take advantage of the breakfast and the afternoon tea and cookies if you aren't attending shows at the many theaters in Branson.

We stayed here August 11th-14th The room we stayed in was not very clean, there was cobwebs on the backdoor and the porch was disgusting. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. We swam in the pool one time, and I got an ear infection (from the pool) that I am still dealing with over a month later. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows not to stay here.

Best place to stay in Branson! Amazing views and perfectly located around the best things to do! It is always decorated nice and has a very cozy lobby.

Sick and tired of hotels using COVID as an excuse to no service the hotel rooms and still charge the same prices. It is unethical for the hotel to disclose this when you check in. You have no option but to accept the hotel's greedy policy.

Odd bathroom layout, but it works. Service was great as well the breakfast! Balcony is a neat feature for people watching!

The room was very nice, a bit small for 3 adults, one who was in a wheelchair. They did put up handrails and a shower chair for us. Their continental breakfast was wondering and they also have tea and cookies at 2 pm. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great, not far from a lot of the different places to go and see. The price for 3 nights and 4 days and on a weekend was not bad at all! And that was with two queen size beds.

Heard this place has amazing staff. Already booked a trip out there later this summer. Excited to be back in Branson and to experience great customer service for all

You always here how bad hotels are for how long it takes to fix anything. Everything and anything that was wrong eas fixed right away. The beds are amazing and slept like a baby. Only reason not a 5 star on rooms way to bright for me

Room was clean. Breakfast (buffet). Not the best but not bad. Nice pool. Located on the "strip". Friendly staff.

Pros:
-room was clean and plenty of towels
-great location.close to everything
-others have complained about parking but if you return for the night prior to 9pm you should be fine as we always got a spot right in front by the steps
-staff was friendly and if you did the pre check in when you got there it was a breeze.show your id and get your room cards.literally 2 minutes

cons:
-free breakfast area is very crowded in with tables.you can barely walk between them.too close
-game room needs upgrades.placed tokens in the air hockey table and no puck came out… claw game the grip was too small to even grab the balls that were in it.one other machine didn’t work the tokens would just go in and come back out so, we gave up on the game room
-if you have children, be careful in the jacuzzi tub that they don’t lay against the round back jet.my son did and had a mark on his back near his bottom for a few days.it very slowly gradually faded

GORGEOUS! Anytime I go on vacation to Branson I'll be staying here! The rooms are clean, and a microwave and mini fridge are provided! It's located right on 76 so you can easily walk anywhere on the strip, which was my favorite part of staying at this hotel! They even have an outdoor and indoor pool! Enough has been said, STAY HERE!
