Expensive to join once you buy their overpriced mat and towel (over $100). I enjoyed it for awhile and even talked two friends into joining with me. Ended up overstretching and injuring myself. (My bad- it happens. Probably not the best workout for anyone prone to injury.) Put my membership on freeze for three months. Then found out I was relocating to Saint Louis for work and not living near a franchise location. Called to cancel and was told I'd have to do that in person (they have limited staff hours). When I finally found time to go in and complete the cancellation, found out I'd have to pay a contract buyout fee of $90. Sold the mat and towel for $20 on FB marketplace to recoup a little of the costs. It was fun for awhile but having to pay expensive joining costs AND leaving costs left me with an unpleasant taste. Life happens and it would be nice not to penalized for it. Won't likely return to Hotworx in the future.

Tamir was really helpful in helping my wife and I understand how the process works. Made signing up easy.
