The specialist we had, George was prompt, pleasant, professional. He was experienced and made us feel comfortable, answering all questions. He was knowledgeable in all the tax codes and changes and this expedited the process. VERY appreciative that he was thorough. By the time we got home our Federal and State returns had been received and 'accepted'.

I have ben goin to H&R for about 13 years and this is the first time I didn't receive emerald advance I depend on tht and I didn't get it this year I still don't understand why other then tht. I will not file with HR block next year
Tax Preparer didn't know how to file my 2nd unclaimed Stimulas check I'm on SSIDI normally don't file federal but to get my recovery check credit a 1040 - SR needed to be filled out for free from Federal to Receive my second stimulus. So forms were given to me cuz she had no idea what to file. Now I have no idea how to file. That form should of been sent to IRS with my 2020 tax return. Also didn't appreciate the cost to have done. MO
Service was friendly an it made filling taxes alittle easier. This year 2021 the front desk person seemed to be bothered to have to wait on me? Might think of trying a different place next year.
My taxes were not done correctly and the tax expert was not very helpful and trying to make sure I was filing correctly or making sure that I got the maximum refund that I could have gotten and I am looking for a second opinion to prove this so that it can be addressed
