Hughes Towing was great to work with. They helped haul off dozens of cars that had accumulated at a family property over the years. They were fair and super easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Hughes Towing 10/19 even though we didn’t end up needing a tow! They responded to the scene of our breakdown due to loss of coolant and with great help from a kind state police officer and some first responder volunteers helped us get the RV into a local business that said we could park there overnight. They stayed with us and helped diagnose the issue with a coolant hose leak and suggested we avoid a tow and provided us with mobile repair recommendations. Can’t say enough about how helpful they were. Much appreciated. We would highly recommend this company.

My Mom was was broke down in the middle of the highway. Haylen Sterner came in good time and rescued us from the middle of the highway I recommend this business.

Talk about great service! Scott (tow driver) was extremely helpful. Got connected with a ride share service that I would’ve never known about and I would’ve been stranded had it not been for the recommendation. Made sure I wasn’t stranded myself in the middle of the night. Went above and beyond. Situations like this is where we need a 6th star. If you ever find yourself needing a tow commercial or private.they are the ones to call first. Businesses with employees as Scott, last a very long time!

The best I've ever experienced. He helped me when I needed the most. The driver was very good and polite very quick on the service need more people like him the world be a lot better if we did.

Sadly we broke down last night in Willow Springs. We had 80 miles to go until home. (Springfield) I called and Garrett answered right away. He was kind and friendly and wanted to help me find the best solution. We stayed at a local hotel and the following day AJ came to pick us up. His truck was exceptionally clean inside and out and you could tell he loved his job and the company he works for. I highly recommend Hughes Towing! Just hope we don’t have to use them again! Lol!

Needed my car towed after my accident and Hughes Towing was on the scene very quickly. Everything was handled professionally and driver was very friendly. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone.

This business is absolutely amazing. Our problem happened a while back and I forgot to leave the review. They were so helpful and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. Unloaded our truck and took us where we needed to go. They were very careful at handling our truck and took the time to make sure they there wasn't further damage. I highly recommend them. I wish they were in my area.

My son's truck died over on Caney Mountain Conservation area. I called first thing Monday and Garrett drove me out there, picked it up and brought it back to my house. Truck was great and clean. They will be the first I call them I need another tow. Thanks

$50 ride 3 miles to Walmart; $35 ride 3 miles back to truck.

I'm guessing it would have been cheaper to have the vehicle towed the three miles - which was never brought up, by the driver.

Truck had a flat, and I needed a ride to Walmart to get new tires on my wheels.

They were the only ones in town that would give me a ride with tires.

If I weren't disabled I would have walked with the tires to save $85 that I couldn't afford to spend.

2 stars because they were the only ones in town that were available to give me a ride.

These guys are simply amazing I was wrecked way out in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night and nobody else would come get me until morning they had a truck dispatched and had me home in no time. Great professional friendly service at a really reasonable rate. I can't say enough good things about this company.
