HuHot Mongolian Grill

It's a great concept: go up and get raw ingredients buffet style, and watch it cooked in front of you. There are an alright number of foods to choose from, plenty of sauces to change things up.

However, on my last visit some of the beef smelled rotten. My group all noticed it, was hard not to. We avoided it.

Service was good. We were seated right away. Our server came over right away and gave us our drinks. She said she couldn't take our orders because the fryer was down. So no Appetizers! Go to the line to create my creation and notice they had no eggs bummer for me. My husband was fine with it all, so we stayed I asked about the eggs, and We're told by the cook that we don't have eggs anymore. As for me. I won't be returning. Eggs and the Appetizers are needed for me to enjoy.

Loved my time here cooks were friendly and staff were too, not forced or fake and it’s not a huge menu but it’s all customizable and very reasonable prices I loved my time here and will continue to support em

I enjoy coming here on my off days during the week when it's not busy. Getting to create my own meals is wonderful, and the grill cooks are always good about clearing a space for me on the grill when I mention to them the food allergies I have. It always really hits the spot.

First time going and won't be the last. Different buffet option to try out if you haven't already.

I honestly love this place so much. I wish more people would read the sign about how many scoops of liquid you should have for your meals cause some people complain it's not seasoned enough but you can do that yourself.

As a person who can't have gluten this is like my favorite restaurant, I can have practically everything.

Like the concept of picking out what food and sauce you would like Appetizers were okay Like the food that I picked out sauces were delicious

We got to the restaurant around noon on a weekday. We were seated immediately. All ingredients were very fresh. Friendly staff. I loved the appetizer egg rolls.

The food was bomb. The systemn cool but they're so many steps unless you frequent it's a bit extra. The sauce recipes were great and easy & being able to watch your dish being prepared is also super cool. All I! All, I think it was a great experience I'm glad they have Mongolian grill after the name of the restaurant because if it just said that it would be misunderstood some one made a great decision addin Mongolian grill afterwards.

If you don't know what great Chinese food taste like you may be pleased but I make better stir fry at home than you can achieve there. Meat cuts are cheap and the vast array of sauces were nasty food floating in them not very sanitary at least in my opinion. The waitress still had no drinks on the table when we got done getting our food grilled we had our food salad and soup before our drinks. Was in St. Loius for a doctor's appointment wanted to try PFChangs but it was packed so we Google Chinese buffet and HuHot had 4 stars somebody lied lol

I've been here several times. Food was as good as usual and our waitress was fabulous. I dinged the atmosphere just because it was rather hot in the restaurant this time.

Great food, it was a fair price for being 140$ for 8 people, with unlimited food and free rice. Somebody did fall because of slick floors and wait was long after that. However the line went smooth while cooking. Making you own sauce and everything was nice and I would go to this again everytime!

I've only gotten to eat here the one time but will most definitely be going back at any opportunity. The food was absolutely amazing and they had an excellent selection of ingredients to choose your own plate and the staff was all friendly and courteous and it was just overall wonderful experience

The service was extremely poor, and the server was extraordinarily rude. The server only had two guests per table and had 4 diners in total. Didn't check on our table. The server came back once to request that we pay the check and inform us that they were leaving for the day.

Great selection of meats, seafood, veggies plenty of tasty flavors to top off your selections. All your selections are cooked on giant grill. Service was very attentive.

This is a great spot to come and hangout with family and friends to enjoy a good meal. It's all you can eat with a selection of great cuisine. Probably the coolest part was preparing the ingredients you wanted and letting them cook it up right in front of you. Food is great. Atmosphere is chill and everyone was pleasant. So whether dining alone, with family or even a date, this is a good spot. Definitely recommend.

The food was fresh delicious and most of all it was so clean. The server was a little slow, she was kind. I’ll try again soon with my husband

It was my third visit. I always enjoyed the who hurt it's nothing special people are nice

Another trip: what can I say. I love it. Great service and food. Waitress (Ceci T) was great.

Update: went today and service was not great. The cooks were killing it though.

Love this place and go whenever I'm in town. A must try if you've never been. I miss the egg and rice option too make fried rice, but other than that everything was delicious.

NEVER put carpet in a restaurant, the smell almost turned us away at the door. The food however was good.
