5Hasn't been kept up, trash literally all over, so many weeds growing in it, anything other than top lures is impossible as of summer 2023. Hope they get back to maintaining it soon.
Good place to fish. It definitely helps to have a boat, but you can still catch em from the bank
Quiet and peaceful spot right off the highway with a trail leading around the lakes. Haven’t tried the fishing here, but a nice place for a picnic or taking the kids to explore. The morning mist coming off the lake in late September was beautiful.
Quiet and serene. Not great fishing when we went, but had the lakes to ourselves. The hike around the lakes isn't too long, great place to get out and stretch.
Absolutely horrifying. The entire area was littered in garbage, and there was a fire left burning on the beach by someone who had lit logs on fire using torch fuel. There was a smell of rotting meat along the trails and we found even more garbage along them. This place is incredibly depressing despite the beauty it would have if it were respected and maintained. If you go here, please bring a trash bag and leave it better than you found it.
