Hy-Vee, Raytown MO

The pharmacy is much to slow with all those people in there. And they all are looking so busy. I made a appointment for our booster shot. I haven't heard anything back. So lm going in to get my booster. Changes are needed. To many people working and not enough help for walk INS. Grocery store very high on cost. Meat and other things cost way to much.

Went into get ice cream.
Simple variety and quick shopping.
Staff is friendly as usual.

Shelves are always stocked. Love the produce section. Great already prepared party trays and dips.

Always a clean store, plus they clean their baskets which is an added bonus and my toddler loves the go cart grocery cart buggies.

Loved the pharmacist that gave me my booster! The pharmacy should, however, have a separate person running the covid vaccines. It was quite backed up since they were combining consultations for drug pick ups and check ins for covid vaccines at the same window. One lady I noticed was struggling with pain standing in line

Usually a good place to go grocery shopping, but like every other store right now, some items are hard to find.

I had a terrible experience Tuesday evening at the deli area. I wanted to get some herbed chicken for dinner - there was only one dried up wing in the tray. Also there were NO rotisserie chickens in the whole rack. The employees were in the back and didn't even bother to come out front to ask if I need assistance. This was at 4: 30 p.m. - folks needing to get food for dinner. The deli area at this particular Hyvee has definitely gone down!

I have been so better Hy-Vee's but this one is in renovation I'm pretty sure they're going to do a very good job when it's done. I did buy some seafood and the prices have tripled. Inflation is a serious issue.

I love HyVee. The employees are super friendly and helpful. It very clean n have great specials. Its only 1/2 mile from me 350 hy. Im impressed with prices n quality's of the food.

I was in the pharmacy. They are extremely slow. Took over 3 days to refil a perscription. I stopped in to pick up some things and checked on it. I was told it was being verified. Whats to verify. It had 4 refills. This isnt the fist time i had bad customer service so i transferred them somewhere else

Bakery is wonderful! Needed a Wonder Woman themed cupcake cake, that resembled a shield, and their cake artist did a fantastic job- very creative and ran with the idea I gave them. So pleased with how it turned out and it was a hit at the party!

Relying too heavily on self checkout. Constant issues with self checkout registers needing an employee to intervene anyway. Please staff more regular registers.

Always clean. Haven't had any major problems nor "wow" moments, but altogether well-run with patient and attentive staff.

Covid vaccines are scheduled online. I arrive 20 minutes early, and everyone there was told it would take at least an hour to be seen. What is the point of scheduling an appointment?

They are getting rid of more name brand foods to sell their brand, it's not as good but the price shows, lesser quality for a cheaper price
