Smaller park with a nice but small playground.the search and find game they included on the equipment was an amazing addition.

Also my toddler finally got the courage to go down her first slide.and then did it again, and again, and again.

I like this little bit of green, formerly part of KC's first golf course. It's in a little valley and is pretty peaceful. A few benches, a little playground, tennis courts, and a meditative surprise. There is help in cleaning up after your dog so please do. I do. One of the sweetest parks in the city.

No longer recommend Hyde Park Auto. I have referred family & friends to them. They’ve done a few oil changes for me & some work on my steering column. But 7/30/21 I went in for an oil change, everything was the same as usual. 8/27 as I’m driving down the highway my car oil pressure light starts to flicker then after doing that 5-6 times the light stayed on then immediately after my check engine light came on & so did the battery light. My car stalled/died out as I was on the exit ramp. When the tow truck hooked my car up you could see oil leaking then I look under the car & see the drain cover is completely missing. I understand mistakes happen & people sometimes miss things so I went in with that understanding mindset. But when I took the car back, the owner, TOM says “this is not how I planned on starting my Monday morning, we’ll get to this car when we can”. Seriously? Until today I had never received anything other than exceptional customer service. You would think an owners initial reaction to completely screwing up your car from a ROUTINE OIL CHANGE wouldn’t have been that. In the end, he offered to reimburse me for rental/Uber/Lyft while they replaced the “motor” & this took all of a week. Fast forward a week later after getting my car back, the check engine light is on again & my car is riding the same way it did when it broke down the first time the “fixed” it. Even when taking it back today still received that same horrible customer service from TOM. Save yourself, your car & your time.just go somewhere else!

Beautiful park surrounded by historic homes and big trees! Usually very clean, and there's a water fountain for those hot, thirsty days. My kids love the butterfly garden/flower maze as well!

Hyde Park is up and coming and over the past decade many improvements have been made and the community continually grows stronger and more stable.

Architectural Beauty: 7/10 My favorite part

Cleanliness: 5/10 Could be / Was worse

Crime: 4/10 To be expected being located amidst a large populous

School District: 5/10 Based on national averages

Shopping: 5/10 All necessities are covered and there are a few hidden gems

Dining: 6/10 Decent variety

Nightlife: 6/10 Plenty of straight and gay bars

Culture: 6/10 Very Diverse

Best neighborhood to live in and work. Many special places and people are here or will will be coming here.

This is where the very first golf course was made. Not now though it's a small sliver of land that didn't get ate up by APTS. A safe haven for tweakers these days wich aint a bad thing cuz they need a place to! And now somebody is threatening me saying we are gonna report u to google. I mean really expressing my free speech it's not lewd or widely inappropriate I think its spot on. I think it's ok Ben up for 2 yrs now Google hasn't touched it sir.
