Hyde Park Townhomes, Columbia MO

Tim Trower is absolutely the nicest most caring landlord I’ve ever had! He threw a very nice resident appreciation day and gave us a movie care package as a move in gift! He is extremely helpful and understanding and the housing is incredible. Super cheap for a very high quality home with maintenance requests having very quick response time. I’ve never waited over 24 hours for somebody to come by. High quality homes with friendly neighbors and a beautiful lake out back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home!

A great place to live long term or short term. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Good fishing in the 2 lakes or just grab a blanket and sit and watch the 2 beautiful swans or ducks swim by. You almost forget your in town. Very relaxing.

If you get hot taking a walk around the property, take a swim in the pool after and cool down.

I lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with great appliances and a fireplace!

The management (Tim) and the maintenance staff (Alex and Kobe) are great! You have a problem just send in a request and it’s fixed.

I've lived at Hyde Park for a little over a year now and I love it! The location and price are hard to beat already, but add on that the staff are great and it's unstoppable. Living here has been a great experience!

A wonderful, quiet, well maintained place to live. The property manager Tim is super helpful and a great person to deal with always. Every issue or maintenance request I've had has been resolved very quickly which Is why I continue to stay here.

I've been in Columbia since 2007 and moved to Hyde Park in 2020. Best move I've ever made. We have plenty of space, close to everything we need, and the neighborhood is pretty peaceful. It's nice having our neighborhood pool too!

Most importantly, Tim, the property manager, is an angel. He's so friendly and answers any questions with kindness and compassion. I don't think he forgets a name or a face, and he always asks how everybody is doing, including fur babies.:)

I cannot recommend this place more highly, and am very happy to be here!

I've only lived her for a year and have only had 2 or 3 minor maintenance requests and all were taken care of very quickly with no problems. Tim and the maintenance crew are top notch. Thank you.

I have been here for more than 3 years now. I love this place. It is peaceful and quite here. We have 2 beautiful lakes for the view and apartment is a decent one with the amenities we need.
