IDL was contacted when we suspected a leak in the irrigation system because we were getting large water bills. Jordan Collene came to fix it and he did! He found the leak and replaced the valve! He was totally professional and the service was excellent! Thanks very much!

IDL recently installed a new system at my residence and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market. Tyler was very knowledgeable and personable throughout the process of quoting/design, installation, and final walkthrough of the completed system. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions as well as took the time to walk through the controller configurations and operation. Juan Reyes and his installation team are truly pros and left the property in great shape. Their attention to detail and efficiency was impressive. Juan was also very knowledgeable, personable, and willing to answer questions throughout installation and start-up. I knew my property was in good hands within the first hour of installation and was confident that the job would be done right and with care.

Brandon Stewart just left our law firm after winterizing our sprinkler system. He was absolutely great, so polite, kind, caring and thorough. What a great representative of your super company. IDL Service Tech Brandon Carter came today to repair "Old Faithful" ie: one of my irrigation zones developed a crack and the geyser was most impressive (pearl clutching happened, not gonna lie) and extremely stressful + disheartening. IDL did not install my system, much to my deep and ongoing regret but they have come and fixed it TWICE, and nobody but IDL is going to touch my system or the backflow requred testing ever again- what they do is done right and much piece of mind is achieved. I could not be more pleased and will 100% do business with IDL Company again, just like I said I would in my review for the prior catastrophe. IDL shows up on time and in fact I got a call today and they had an early opening for which I was grateful. The work is done promptly and correctly. I can't say enough good things about this fantastic business.

IDL responded quickly to our request to move our sprinkler lines. We had a short time frame before our patio/fire pit project was to start.
