IHOP, Bridgeton MO

Not sure why are waitress switched early in our service but everything was pretty much perfect. Waitress forgot to write down my 3yo’s order but he didn’t notice it was a little late. The waitress made up for it by bringing him a little complimentary snack! Great experience with delicious food!

Thursday November 11,2021 i visited IHop for breakfast. The man that took my order was rude and plan old nasty. (i didn't get his name, but he has a scar on his face, left side). I ask for my receipt he told me i didn't need it, then when he gave it to me he tossed it on the counter. I told him you that mad you can't hand it to me, he pick it up balled it at the top and pushed it in my hand. I asked for a manager which wasn't so helpful, but i asked for my money back. Im sad because i really love IHOP.the service was awful!

Everything was good, especially my server, Asia. She was in point with every aspectvif her duties.even when a coworker was throwing a fit about a $4 tip that had been moved, Ms Asia hand the situation very professionally.

I-Hop is awesome. Every time I'm gone there I've had a good experience. Great food and staff.

My favorite Ihop. I love the food always consistent. Service when dining in or carrying out is always amazing as it was today when I took my mother for breakfast. As long as they keep having good service and amazing food. I’ll be here every time. Definitely recommend. Family friendly and fairly inexpensive (good portions). You get the point by now? Lol goodz

Long wait and they always leaving out something but charging for it. What I did get was hot. Only local places for breakfast ot homemade.

This ihop is awesome! They were extfemely busy. But our waitress was still very attentive and got whatever we needed quickly. I am very impressed.

It's IHOP, you're going to get exactly what you expect. Good food, good service, at a good price

The servers were super helpful and friendly, all while fielding online and to go orders with ease. Food was hot and just as ordered. My only complaint is that the stems were still on my spinach on my omelette. Overall still excellent!

Jayda was an absolute sweetheart with such positive energy. I had been very upset when I came in just looking for food and a quiet place. Jayda saw how upset I had been after I finished eating and even sat with me for a moment and spoke to me on a real, kind and understanding level. Sweet and lively as could be. We need more employees like her everywhere. From what I saw as I finished a homework assignment here, all of the employees have such a positive energy and good spirit talking among eachother too. IHOP, continue taking good care of your employees so they can keep taking good care of us too. Food is only HALF the experience of going to eat out. The food was good but the people were great too. I live in IL but would come here again. Thank you.

We understood why the parking lot was full.my friend is a vegetarian we both had options to eat.service was great everyone was super friendly

Service was good. Food was exactly what you want from IHOP. No issues or complaints. Will eat here again when I'm in the mood.

They were short staffed, but doing their best. The food was good and it was obvious that they were trying to be attentive to everyone even with few workers

Carissa was a wonderful waitress and she got everything that we needed, she made sure that our food was right and perfect and she was very professional. The new breakfast bowls are a hit and my breakfast will never be the same again.

The wait was okay. What I order was great. The waiter was very friendly and explained what comes with the meal. Everyone was friendly.

They refused to comply with ADA regulations about wearing a mask due to a medical condition. Insisted that I would have to wear a mask to be in the restaurant, so I left. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA

I ordered through postmates and it went smoothly. Ordering through IHOP's website was a NIGHTMARE! Nice and very helpful staff even though I ordered takeout.
