IHOP, Branson MO

Food was on point as ordered. Everyone was seated in one section, on top of each other. We were seated close to several very loud groups that took over the walkways and area around us. Continually allowing their children and even adults to be loud and unruly. Moving was requested, but there was nothing left in the open section. We had already ordered our foid and we had two small children, who were hungry and exhausted from a busy, fun day, and just needed to eat to go home. Our waitress focused on other tables and did not refill our drinks or even bring our food. I understand you keep one section open due to your staffing, but this was upsetting. We visit here a lot but it will be a while before we stop here again.

Nothing good to say about this place. It used to be great, but now service, food, and cleanliness were abysmal

10/13/23 Got seated in reasonable time. Service very poor. Took a long time to get food. Had to ask several times for refills. Coffee drinkers said Coffee was terrible. They didn't ask for more. 2 out of 4 orders were incorrect. Didn't ask them to correct due to length of time it took to initially get food. Took over hour and a half from time we were seated to getting paid out. Definitely not up to ihop standards.

Me and my girlfriend came here after midnight on my birthday and Nicole treated us super well. The drinks were amazing and the food was 10/10. Great experience and great service overall

Great waitress food was fine but kitchen staff was unable to understand over easy whites done.

It was a disappointment to not be acknowledged or forgotten. Simple communication goes a long way, and tonight, this IHOP lacked simple communication. After 10-15 minutes of waiting and no update or communication regarding our seating we left next door to Olive Garden.

9-26-23, I went in for breakfast. We were seated in a timely manner and the food also arrived in a timely manner. However, the cook needs to wear a hair net or face net so their hair doesn't get in the food. The Mgr offered to take $10 off the meal.

On a Sunday the restaurant’s dining room was almost half closed because 3-4 employees didn’t show up! This is happening all over so the wait list was full. The Manager was very polite and we waited outside for more room. The wait was @bout 20 minutes and he came outside to call us.once seated our server Jamie came quickly and she was fantastic! Had a great smile and attitude. Got our coffee and water and took our orders quickly. She came to let us our meals will be coming soon and when they came all were hot and were perfect. I really like their hash potatoes and were perfect. Even with short staff the crews did a great job!

IHOP is always reasonably-priced, good, quickly-served food. Though it appeared to be short of staff, our server was fantastic and took care of all our requests quickly. She was pleasant and didn't forget anything. The food was served in a short amount of time and tasted great. The restaurant was clean. I recommend the Branson IHOP.

We went late night last week and the food was stellar as was the service. Our waitress was attentive and took excellent care of us.

Came in very late was the only person in the place for 2 hours and never got food then left W TEE EFF

We waited to be seated for over 15 minutes only 2 people working. Husband got a t-bone dinner steak was greasy and not at all good. My dinner was almost flavorless. Not a good dinner for what I paid.

Corbin was amazing! He was the only server working while we were there. He has the perfect personality for any type of customer service job. He kept a smile on his face even when one of his coworkers kept barking at him (don't know her name, a woman, maybe the manager, with a nasty attitude). I would go back anytime just for his level of service.

What a mess. We came in looking forward to a late night/early breakfast after a beautiful night in Branson. Our waitress was very nice but, the kitchen staff was the problem. We arrived at 12: 50 a.m. And ordered by 1: 10 a.m. My father in law went out for a cigarette and we figured our meal for four would be out in 30 min or less considering we were the only group in the restaurant at a table. A break for coffee and a smoke is an easy time passing. We ended up leaving at 2: 20 a.m. Without a meal and coffee gut rot. Waitress didn't come to the table to let us know what was going on or how long it would have been to wait for our food. In the end it wasn't only the coffee that left a bad taste in our mouths. Driving back to our house and ordering pizza may have been the best route. Good luck ihop, you will fail if your customer service is anything like this continuing and in the future.
